Location is extremely nice and clean, always smells good. Only problem I've ever had was that sometimes the smells get combined and become too strong, which gives me a headache. No problems regarding haircut results! I've gotten pretty much exactly what I was asking for each visit.

I love this spa, a few years back Dani gave me an amazing facial. Recently started seeing Courtney for facials and she’s amazing: so knowledgeable on skin, products that will work for my problem areas, & all around has a great aura. I will Definitely be coming back.

Had my first appointment here today with Brittany and could not have been more pleased with the experience and my cut. She was attentive and listened to my concerns and gave me an expert and lovely haircut. Will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend her and this salon!

My daughter went in and saw one of their stylists, Lexi, she came out and had nothing but good things to say about her. She was so sweet, talked to her the whole time, explained what she was going to do in depth, and my daughter came out super happy with her color, she has been staring in a mirror for a while haha, she's obsessed with the color. The service was great and so were the prices, 100% recommend.

Wish i NEVER stepped foot in here. See below for a picture of my hair taken a few months before my appointment and a photo of after. All I asked for was some highlights and wanted a touch up of my current color. IT CAME OUT BROWN. After I was hysterical in the chair I was told it would wash out in 5-6 washes….Im not paying for my hair to look how i want after 6 washes! Valeria was my stylist and I would just say her consultation process needs work…. I am not a stylist, nor are 99% of folks who sit in your chair…Its not my responsibility to tell you what kind of toner to use or even if you should use a toner. She was nice about the situation and offered to talk to the front desk about getting me a discount. BUT the front desk only initially offered 20% off my services. I told them I was not paying for the color, I will gladly pay for the haircut and tip because I’m reasonable. But this is insane. They offered to correct it but who in their right mind would let their hair get ruined again by the same salon?! I took off time from work to get my hair done and now I have to find the time, money, and another stylist to fix this.

2 hours late, didn’t give me a proper consult and didn’t get my color right I match my photos. As a new client I scheduled with Elke for a Balyage. On my way there they called and told me she was running behind by 1.5 hours. When I asked to reschedule because of their lateness, she said they’d charge me a late cancellation!! She assured me I’d still be done by 4pm (my appointment was at 12:30, started at 2:30 and finished at 5:30pm, making me over an hour late to my date). She also assured me Elke wouldn’t be rushed and that I’d still have a proper consultation. Elke didn’t look at the photos I had ready for the color I was wanting until she was already putting my color in. So my hair is much cooler than I was asking and I beleive it’s because she was rushed. I signed up for a partial balayage and after it was done Elke said she did a full Balayage and only charged me for a partial because she was late. While I appreciate the gesture, she didn’t tell me that’s what she was going to do, she just did it. Pros: I received a $20 off as a new client promotion. Elke was sweet (but actually never apologized for being so late).

I am new here and called for a color touch up. Had to listen to their speech about cancelling, and had to give them my credit card number. Then, on the DAY of the appt the salon calls to cancel TWO hours prior to the appointment because Amanda miscalculated the appt time! Did the salon bother offering me a cancellation fee?! Such poor service, and terrible protocol! NEVER again will I call this sad salon .RESPONSE TO YOUR PHONY APOLOGY-NEVER AGAIN!

I have had great service at this location!! I travel nurse and finding a new salon to trust your hair with is difficult!! I am so so fortunate that I did take the leap and go here. Sam is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone (especially fellow travel RNs who are not sure of where to go). Additionally, in the beginning of my time in Reno, I was not used to the super dry weather (I usually live at sea level) and my skin was not happy. I had patches of dry skin on my face that were not responding to my usual products and it was simply because I knew my face had a build up of dry skin that my normal exfoliation wasn't touching. I was so excited to learn that their spa services were adding their Hydro Facial to the menu selection ( I adore hydrofacials)!! Y'all it is so worth it and then some. My esthetician, Addi, was also amazing! She listens well to what your concerns are and then provides an option of what treatment would be best moving forward for your session. I had two facials with her in my 3 months in Reno and it was the best decision ever. Your skin is left dewy and extremely hydrated. You'll find that your products easily melt into your skin afterwards. She explains the process well if you are unsure of what to expect. The sensation can be odd if you haven't had one before, almost a gentle tickle with slight suction, but isn't unpleasant (at least to me). Definitely worth a try if you're on the fence!

Sam is a genius! He turned my messy mop of curls into a work of art. I have been enjoying fresh beautiful curls for weeks now. I am definitely going to be a regular now. I hesitated to write a review because I may never be able to get an appointment again, but oh he is brilliant and I must tell the world. If you struggle with your curls, please go and see Sam. Highly recommend. And, as an added bonus, he is delightfully fun to talk to. Lovely location and shop.
