Kevin is an artist and seasoned professional. As a new client, he took the time to listen to my concerns and request and was able to provide recommendation based on his experience that proved to be just what I needed. I left the salon beyond satisfied. Will definitely return to see him!

Meleah was fantastic! She gave me a bunch of pro tips to shape my curls and is helping me grow out a really bad haircut. It was my first time there. The vibe of the whole salon was relaxing and overall just great and friendly. Can wait to go back in a few months and see her again!

I started coming here when we moved to the area in 2022. I don’t get my hair cut very often but every time I’ve gone the front desk, phone answering service, and hairstylist, Mac (sp?) have been very courteous and fast. I appreciate having found a great value salon in this area.

I typically see Josh for my twice a year hair cut and he’s phenomenal. He’s an expert at curly hair so I feel so comfortable with him. He has always delivered a great haircut that allows me to wear my hair naturally curly or blow dried straight. So grateful for this place. The front desk crew has always been so kind and welcoming too ☺️ I’m also getting married in October and Josh walked me through a good timeline of hair care leading up to the big day! Josh always takes my vision and turns it into a reality!!

Nikki is fantastic! She's an amazing stylist and colorist! She got the color and cut perfectly! She covered up my greys and I look and feel brand new! She definitely deserves a HUGE bonus and recognition in your company! Perhaps an all-expenses paid trip to your corporate headquarters in Minnesota for a retreat to your convention to learn all about the latest products, styles, trends, classes, etc.? She deserves it!

Sarah did not pay attention to how I wanted to style my hair. I already knew what I wanted since 3 months ago but she just kept asking why I wanted that style and kept saying that another style would look better. To me it seemed like she did not want to help me out with what I wanted. I know I don't like layered short hair because it's hard to style, so I made sure to tell her, but she still did it and it looks like an ugly pixie cut. I was sleeping and my husband told me he got scared with the top short layer that was hanging below my eyes. It doesn't stay in a ponytail and it just comes loose. I really want to cry and I'm really depressed. I no longer want to go workout because I hate how my hair looks. I wanted a haircut but only a trim no extra cutting. I paid $358 for someone to ruin me. She also forgot to color part of my bangs since I got a balayage. She didn't even trim my existing bangs instead she added more by cutting a chunk of extra hair short which I really disliked. I'm a simple haircut style kinda person. I don't like daring haircuts.

I have been coming to Tangerine for years because it is close by but their management system is completely garbage. They close the salon or cancel appointments without any notice and when you call to ask, you get sent to a call center and they cannot even forward you directly to the salon. I’ve also shown up for consultations only to sit down with the stylist and be told Oh actually they don’t do those services, you’ll have to reschedule with someone else. I take time out of my schedule and work day to come to appointments and am not given the same courtesy. This is the third time in 2 months I have had to come to salon, only to leave with no change to my hair.

Rachel Z. In the Dallas Salon gave my post partum hair the pick me up it needed it. The gloss treatment felt like a spa day with a hot towel gave my hair a bounce and shine.
