Very effective and intense back massage for my tense and knotted muscles. Will go again. My only note is I’d ask for better communication from the masseuse. It was my first time there and I had to ask more than once what to do with my clothes and I misunderstood when the session was finished.

Went for my first time yesterday and my masseuse massaged up and down so rapidly to the point of painful friction and this morning I woke up to very painful friction burns on my back. This isn’t the typical redness/bruising that might come with deep tissue massages, these look and feel like carpet burns.

I went there last month with my mom the receptionist was very rude had the worst attitude and then the lady that was messaging me didn’t close the curtains I asked her several times and she still kept it open this is not right and it violates my privacy. she also was very rude. I definitely don’t recommend this place and will not be going back. You need to hire better staff. I go to the spa to relax not to deal with rude staff and bad customer service…

I got my foot massage at this establishment. The masseuse was graceful and skillful. All the tightness and soreness melted away. The environment is very tranquil. I will be returning - self care day spot !

I received a really good foot massage here. The worker took his time and worked out all the soreness and pain in both feet and legs. The lotions and other items they use were really helpful as well. It was so comfortable, I almost fell asleep. Will be back 100%

This was a perfect experience, a highly recommended spa with a quiet environment and reasonable price. The technicians here have a very good service attitude and are very enthusiastic, which makes me relax. I will come again 👍👍

Absolutely love this place! Lisa and Anita did an amazing job! Would highly recommend it! It’s clean, has a nice atmosphere and the masseuse are all very nice and professional, they keep asking in between massages if you need it to be harder or softer. I went with many knots and they did an amazing job. I went there with pain and came out so refreshed. I’ll be coming over every week now! Thank you

Amazing experience here. I went in for a chair shoulder massage, I told her go as hard as possible and she did NOT disappoint!! Fixed my back completely. Also amazing service at the front desk. Incredibly clean and well priced. They also have lounge chairs for foot massages and very nice rooms for full body.

I have been here quite a few times and for the first time in my experience of tipping I as a customer get criticised for tipping “too low”. I have never experienced such unprofessional and Foul treatment for “giving free money”. For this very reason of being so extraordinary rude and truly planting an unsettling experience and feeling in my mind I would not give them my buiness or recommend to anybody I know either as tipping should come from The heart and be genuine rather than forceful and hostile. As a buiness you are supposed to pay your workers fair and create a professional, pleasant and safe environment for all (customers and workers) and not have your workers hoover over you as a customer for tips, as it creates a desperate and unsettling environment. I do hope that if the manager of this place is professional enough and care about satisfied customers that they take accountability for this review and make sure that this never happens again.

I’ve gone twice now so far and this place is a life saver! My only complaint is that I didn’t find it sooner!!! Both times were a breeze, they accepted me with no wait time and took a heavy burden off of my body! The prices are unbeatable and you leave feeling like a new person. I will be going back and making this a regular part of my routine. Getting massages has helped my performance in the gym due to newly increased mobility! I seriously cannot thank these people enough, they’re seriously wonderful and they will be seeing more of me in the weeks/months to come!!! Seriously if you’re reading this, just GO!!!! Don’t waste another minute, get yourself in a chair/bed and melt away all of life’s stressors. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Let me tell you something everyone should go here the place is amazing and peaceful the staff here are just wonderful and kind. They aim to please. That man used all his strength in his body to massage me. I love it. I will go back soon

Professional and CLEAN! I can’t stress clean enough because somehow there are still many spas out there that look dirty/disorganized or/and smell weird and it’s such a big turn off. I had a body + facial combo and Anita was wonderful. She communicated and asked if the pressure was ok, if I was comfortable, etc. Will come back!!

Tang’s Spa is a reasonably priced, very professional and warmly welcoming massage haven in Park Slope. Super nice and skilled staff - even a short foot massage here totally makes one’s day.

The people who work here are professional, and attentive. I always make sure to ask for soft to medium because then I feel like I’m getting a combo of relaxing and some muscle work. I definitely recommend it!

This is truly a hidden gem in Park Slope — I’ve gone here the most since I moved to the area and will continue to come. The space is clean and peaceful. I like their foot massages but I LOVE their full body 60 min massage. You can also ask them to focus on an area too — the guy I had tonight really kneaded out every single knot in my back and neck. If you want a strong massage, realize that it’s like proper tough love/hurts good level of strong. If you’re not used to it, definitely opt for medium. My usually rock-hard, tense traps are now jiggly jello blobs and remain so hours later so I’m seriously impressed. Some of the best massages I’ve had were here and I think they deserve all the praise that they get.

Went here for a much needed massage after a long run! It was a last minute booking and they were able to accommodate my friend and I. Great value 30 minute foot / leg massage + 60 minute total body $75. Amy was great! They have 2 locations. Went to the Bayridge location. Next time I'll try the Park Slope location since it's closer to me.
