I walk in because I didn’t have a appointment obviously they find me someone to do my hands and I told the Lady that I want to paint my feet too she said she couldn’t do it because she has an appointment at 3 P.M. but she has 30 minutes enough time to paint my nails but obviously she didn’t wanna do it because she say that there was no pedicure chair for her to paint my toe nails, that she has some back problem that she can not do it with out that chair. Not happy and there was like three more just talking each other without even resolving my issue not happy I will never come back that service I understand that I just walk in but I didn’t even see that they really want to have someone but that emergency. I end leaving with my hand on red and My feet and other color Not happy

El 30 de septiembre del 2019 me hice el Microblading al año se me puso de color rojo y todo ese tiempo eh esperado a que eso se me borre y cargo con una frustración día a día al verme mis cejas rojas y adonde quiera que voy para corregirme eso, me dicen que tengo que ir a borrármelo con láser o investigar que tinta usaron por qué eso no es normal y no me pueden hacer nada hasta que eso se borre

I received a $35 white gel pedicure service from this salon that at first didn’t seem bad, until I began to notice little things that made me question the cleanliness of the salon. My first mistake was not taking a look at where the pedicurists grabbed her tools from. Once she started, she kept placing the tools she was using on my feet on a paper towel that already had older nail polish residue on it. She then opened the drawer and retrieved a nail file that looked like it needed to be replaced. Once she finished painting and curing my feet, at first glance my toes looked great, I paid for my service and tipped. Once I got home, I took a closer look and saw the nail polish was applied poorly. The nail polish does not cover my nail and the coating is uneven. She also must of nipped my skin while cutting my cuticles because I have a wound on the side of my toe that stings. I wanted to give this salon the benefit of the doubt because of how friendly and quick the service was, and the great google reviews the salon has. However, I am unhappy of the service I received and hope they input procedures where they can be more cautious with their service and input better cleanliness.

Lamentablemente tengo que dar esta calificación pero es por la señora que hace las pestañas, es la segunda vez que fui con ánimo de darle uba segunda oportunidad pero que va, primero hace las pestañas hablando por teléfono, poniendo una cantidad exagerada de pegamento, te deja allí y se va al rato apareció a empezar la otra pestaña con igual cantidad de pegamento, un desastre!!! Ese día no me revise pero al día siguiente me dejó espacios, por el precio esperaba algo más profesional

Un consejo.... escuchen al customer!!! Ayer salí super molesta de allí y con mi pelo dañado. Mi enojo NO me permitió expresarme en ese momento. Pero NO fue lo que yo pedí, y el precio algo ridículo. Lamentablemente fui porque alguien me lo recomendó. Me siento super triste.!!!
