The lady is always asking for tips and complains when you give her $10 on a $100 massage. This has happened to me twice with her already. So it must be happening to everyone else. Get rid of her and I’ll start returning.

I’ve been to many massage spas, but this by far is hands down the best! I wish I could give them a 10-star! When I tell you my back was abused, it was abused in the best way possible ! I told Jason I had sprained my back to where even a steroid shot was not able to make my back pain disappear. Tell me why in 30 minutes he did everything including the deep tissue massage, stretches and cracking to help the pain! As well I believe he did acupuncture to help with the blood flow to heal my muscles! I appreciated everything he did in 30 minutes!!!

I got the deep tissue table massage for 40 minutes and it was seriously amazing. I have been to so many massage salons and Tao Spas takes the crown! The workers were so kind and gentle when asking what I wanted and the pressure was great. I feel like most places don’t have strong enough hands or care about the work they are doing, but they put in the work here. My massage was seriously amazing, I couldn’t stop talking about it once I left. The deep tissue massage primarily focused on the back but also worked onto the legs, arms, and head with oil. Also, as a recent grad, the price is so good for what I got!

Great place and service. My upper back and neck muscles was tight and in knots. I booked a hour and was feeling like a new man afterwards. Sasa was excellent, she walked on my back and I heard satisfying cracks and pops. Everything felt like it popped back inplace because of my bad posture from sitting all day. I caught myself snoring a few times because the massage was that good. I would definitely go back when I'm in that area.

I had a great experience as my first time getting a massage! It felt amazing. Definitely going back. I had a pain on my left shoulder and the pain is no longer there. I workout on a daily and the deep tissue massage was great for my body and soreness :)

Made an appointment for 1.5 hours. I made it abundantly clear that I was on a tight schedule. The man taking my appointment assured me I would be seen upon arrival which was in 15 minutes. When I arrived I was told it would be a 40 minute wait. I have no idea why this surprised me?

Sasa was amazing! She walked on my back and opened up some tight areas that others couldn't when doing deep tissue. I only wish I had more time to go longer. Next time I definitely will. I came one time before with someone else and she did a good job too with deep tissue and hot stones. My husband loves this place better than another place. Prices are comparable to places in malls but a little more expensive. This is definitely not a spa but Sasa is worth it to me. She was a little pushy at the end for a tip with my hubby.

First off, easy to book online, and, many walk-ins were accommodated when I was there. 2nd, great service, very skilled masseuse (Lee). 3rd- very soothing shop at a quiet corner of the Shops. Reasonable prices- definitely leave a tip. Highly recommend!

Amazing… I’m changed . I went in for back pain and let the woman know when I walked in . They took me to the back and surprised me when she walked on my back . Wooooow I heard pops and cracks inside that set me free . I will definitely go back .

Horrible experience when paying, was forced to leave a tip and was told that other customers tip more. I think if you agree to a price for the service, then that should be all you are obligated to. A tip should be OPTIONAL not forced!! Specially after you tell them no a couple times. Would've gone back but the customer service just left me wishing I never went there to begin with.

I got the 30 minute chair massage with Grace. It was amazing! The chairs were clean and comfortable. This was a deep tissue massage, and Grace did not disappoint. She went deep! She used her hands, her elbows, and put and pressure into it. She found the source of the knot and grinded away, breaking it up. Not gonna lie, I was a little achy the next day, but in a good way. I appreciated the hard work she put in and could tell she takes pride in her job and the service she offers.

My wife and I called ahead to check for availability, the person who I spoke with assured us that they are able to provide us with an hour of message and that there are no reservation needed. We arrived there and when the guy saw that we were persons of color he asked if we had a reservation and we told him that we called; he pretended like he did not know what we were talking about and stated that he could not accommodate us for the hour because he had other appointments. We were basically turned back. Racist people!!

Rude and Racist!!!! Worst place ever. People are rude in there. You ask a question and they talk to each other in different languages and never give you a direct answer. They made us wait 2 hours even though we had an appointment. And they let some other people in first Bec they spoke the same language!!

This was the worst massage I have ever had. The whole massage was over a sheet without any lotion or actual skin contact. The guy was on his phone several times and just used one hand to massage me numerous times. I left more tense and stressed than I did coming in. Don’t waste your money here.
