Today I had one of the most amazing experiences at this establishment! The moment you walk in you feel the great energy and welcoming environment that this team brings to their profession! Jami, Cole, & Skylar were so fantastic, knowledgeable, and had such positive vibes! I found myself almost falling asleep 3 times during my facial I was so relaxed! To be honest I kept waking myself back up with a slight snore (that’s how relaxing)! I most definitely will be signing up for their membership very soon not only for the services they provide but because of their people! This place is a MUST EXPERIENCE so if you’re reading this I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and by far this was probably the most memorable experience I’ve had at a spa! My skin feels amazing and wow the glow!!! Thank you all so much and whoever owns this establishment, you did a fantastic job of placing the right people here! Over the moon!!

Always an amazing experience here. We go regularly for facials. They are always so good at identifying problem areas and targeting those issues. They give the most amazing massages as well. Very highly recommended.

Wow what an incredible experience !! Jessica the massage therapist was amazing, so calm and kind. For sure I can say she has magic hands. Just the right pressure and she made sure she addressed all of my areas of concern. Will be coming back to see her again!

I just had the most amazing facial with Skylar! I have never experienced a facial like what Tao Wellness offers. She was very educated on the products she used and when I would ask what the benefits were, she explained so I could understand. It has been a few days since my service and my skin is still plump and glowing. I highly recommend booking a facial with Skylar!

This place is wonderful! I booked Laura for a facial and it was hands down, one of my best experiences. She was very warm and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable about the products and routines that are best for my skin type. I have been going to TAO wellness for several years and have nothing but high praise for the entire staff. I have been working with Amy for deep tissue massage/scar tissue work after having several surgeries. As a physical therapist, I'm grateful to work with a licensed medical professional who understands anatomy and focuses on the root of the problem. The inside of the spa has a relaxing feel about it, and the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. An added plus is they also sell aromatherapy candles that line the inside and smell fantastic. Scheduling is easily done online or over the phone and they offer weekend hours to accommodate people who can't make it in during the week. I recommend TAO wellness to my patients for all their needs and am excited to hear they are now offering IV infusions in addition to everything wellness.

The massage was good. The masseuse was good but he was breathing so deeply/harsh that I couldn’t relax at first, and it kinda threw me off. It got better towards the end. I definitely get why people gave this place great reviews, and I would go again.

The most amazing place! Such friendly staff and great vibe walking in. I got a 60 min deep tissue massage with Justin and it quite literally just brought me back to life. It was my first time getting a massage and Justin made the experience awesome! His hands are from the heavens and he gave great suggestions after to help the tension in my shoulders through my yoga practice. Absolutely amazing will definitely be back!!!

Everyone is so friendly, so sweet and it smells amazing in there. Also it's more than just massages and facials which is not to say that their menu of services is nothing short of fantastic ✨ but if you want laser hair removal, combat aging or even learn more about Botox this is the place to go. Licensed, accredited, professional and safe. Come in and experience the luxury for yourself and thank me later.

I just had the best facial with Skyler! It was the Eminence High Performance Facial. It was the perfect mix of skin rejuvenation, upper body massage and total relaxation. Skyler was so attentive to all my needs and concerns. After she did a thorough cleanse and applied several lotions and potions, my skin feels amazing! I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend! Julia is hands down my favorite esthetician from all the spas I've visited in the 20 years I've been receiving facials. She takes her time, really evaluates your skin (more closely than my dermatologist) and makes you feel super comfortable. The extra massage with the 90 minute facial is heaven. Two facials ago, Julia noticed a spot on my forehead and recommended that I follow up with my doctor. 7 days later, my doctor removed this pre-cancerous spot and praised Julia's keen observation skills. I highly recommend Tao and Julia. Fabulous small local business.

My best gf and I came in for a surprise visit and absolutely LOVED this establishment. It is women owned and operated and you can tell. Amanda gave me the best massage and she was such a friendly person to listen to all of my stories. Jennifer gave my friend one or the best massages she has ever received. This place is a must visit if you are anywhere near Tampa. I was able to book my appointment the day before and so grateful I got in. I had the CBD Oil Massage with 15 minute add on Cranial Massage with Jennifer ~ she is AMAZING! Very nurturing and kind energy with highly skilled hands that erased knots I’ve had for years. She is intuitive and treated my body as a whole being, her massage strokes were rhythmic which erased stress I’d come in with. The warm towels were a great touch as well as the extra comforting thick memory foam padding on the table. Pure bliss! When I looked up after it was over there was a stunning crystal fixture over the bed that added to the serenity in this well appointed space. I forget the name of the very friendly receptionist who is also an esthetician, she also was delightful. I purchased a housemade candle to bring back to my hotel- Tao Wellness smells wonderful. Thank you Tao Wellness 🙏
