This place is trash. I drove by and saw that it was in there and so I stopped in as a drop-in thinking okay, I'll get a massage. She tells me she's busy and to come back at 7:20. I come back at 7:10. She pops out and sees me sitting there. Goes back in, works on her client then decides to come back out at 7:20 to tell me that she can't take me because I said that maybe I'd be back. I didn't know if I could make it back or not at 7:20. She's not busy in there and doesn't have any other customers. She's very rude. I definitely won't be going back ever there to get another massage. Ever. It's trash. My husband and I get massages quite often. I am a brain surgery survivor and had my neck muscles cut for the surgery. My neck hurts all the time. Massage is the only real relief I get. We spend quite a bit getting them done. She just missed out on a real opportunity to have a lot of loyal business.

I went here for the first time today for a 30 minute foot massage and it was wonderful! Relaxing, soothing, and full 30 minutes of attention to my feet and legs. I was nervous trying this place because of the mixed reviews, but I am very glad I did. I will definitely be going back and I am excited to try the other services they offer.

Massage was good but couldn't relax, because the lady was picking up the calls and txting during the massage!!! Remember, 20% tip is required here!!! Very demending regarding the tip, I always thought tip is optional and the amount as well!!!

STAY AWAY... WORST SERVICE EVER. I scheduled a foot massage with an additional body massage as I was having back issues. The woman was rude and barely gave me a foot massage. She was not attentive to the massage but kept stopping to see who came into the shop. She was so rough on my back that I could barely walk when I got up from the table. I was in worse shape than when I went in. She charged me more than the stated rated for the services I requested. Then she DEMANDED a tip on top of that. I gave her a tip and she wanted more...... nasty people. She was relentless so I called the credit card company and disputed the charges.

I'm sad to report such a poor experience; I was hoping to go here several times over the next two weeks. I've been to many Asian massage/reflexology places and have almost always had a great experience. No such luck this time: Cons - Massage was not good: she trapped soft tissue against bone constantly. I'm bruised. - Did not enjoy the ok parts of the massage because I started cringing in anticipation of the next soft tissue injury. - She added her own tip to the credit card bill: $20 on an $80 service. Absolutely unprofessional, and it is the reason I went to the trouble to write a review. Pros - Convenient Side note, this is the only place I've seen on city sewer where a sign is posted to throw used toilet paper in a trash bin, not flush it.

Other than the strange signs, I had a body massage from the lady. She wasn’t terrible, but she uses a lot of pressure and uses pressure point and chop-type techniques as opposed to a gentle massage for relaxation. She also massaged me “dry” for the first entire half of my session which I didn’t care for. I think many people would like her style, but I just didn’t care for this type of style myself.

The Place is Fine and the massage was average - Problem was the lady kept looking at her phone and would massage for 30 seconds look at phone (massage would slow or stop ) so it was obvious something was up - I took a peek under my towel she had covered my face with and I saw her looking down to the floor every few min.... ALSO another person came into store and my person stopped to handle the new potential client. FINALLY the worst part was her arguing with me for a larger tip - I did not want to tip too much as I felt that the massage really could have been better but she really did not pay attention nor did she care- She argued with me for over 5 min on how much it should be and that I have to leave her 20% tip. Awful - at that point I should of just said ok no tip - but I did give her about 15%. I will never go back there again! at least not to see Rachel

If you’ve been looking for an amazing chair massage look no further. This is your place! This was like having chiropractics, deep tissue and cranial sacral massage all in one. They really know what they are doing here! I loved every minute and it was only $30 for 30 minutes! It was basically a full body massage but while sitting up which I prefer.

In our quest for perfect foot massage my husband & I tryout a different place wherever we travel . Tao & Zen is right up there with the best foot massage ever! Authentic his & her massage team, broken English ( always a good sign ur in the right place), very reasonable prices. Understand - the best places are not fancy . Again a good sign of authenticity. Started with a good foot soak followed by long & wonderful rub down with all the pressure points . We did the 60 minute foot massage which included about 10 minutes on the back. The 10 minutes on the back made me want more ... so maybe next time I would do the 30/30 foot & back option ... Either way it was a Very pleasurable experience.
