I went to Tapp Beauty for a facial today. OH MY GOD IT WAS AMAZING!!! James spent two hours with me between the facial and the makeup I wanted to browse and shop. This is a true facial. Do yourself a favor and stop thinking the med spa facials are legit. They don’t hold a candle to what James does. The store is sleek and every member of the staff addressed me when I was there. I’M HOOKED!

Charlton is amazing with hair and makeup. I have been with him for almost 8 years. He's an amazing soul and his makeup team is phenomenal, shout out to Mary for always doing an amazing makeup job! Alane is phenomenal and family. My glam squad and family. Wonderful products for skin and hair!

I was new to Charlotte in 2009, and just happened to find Jeffre Scott (God works in wonderful way!). I have been a client of Charlton Alicia's ever since. He's artistic but won't sacrifice the health of your hair or skin for a look! BUT you will look and feel fabulous! If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and go for a visit! Charlton and his staff are wonderful and will make you feel and look marvelous!

High-level service coupled with expertise in the skincare and make-up field. Great selection of premium brands. This is a great, special store for Charlotte to have!

This was a wonderful place. Jeffre Scott was amazing. I made an appointment. He told me I had been "over done". He suggested to grow out and come back, did not charge a dime and gave me a wealth of information!!! 6+ stars, loved this place and will go back!
