Do not waste your time. I called before and of course got a different price than what was told over phone. Nail tech guy started rushing as soon as his “regular client” comes in. Lady doing feet didn’t understand enough English to complete a French tip. Paid $127 for a gelx set and pedicure that didn’t even last 2 weeks. The gel polish chipped after 3 days, A nail popped off, which never happens and I do them myself at home sometimes. Complete waste of money. They Over charge just like ever other salon for you to leave unhappy and with poor quality nails.

Please read this before you get permanent shaded eyebrows. I had ombre microblading done by Ann. On IG she is under browsbyann. I was referred by one of my patients. I had the service completed on December 16th. I must say I was pleased. Several people that I know said once it heals the artist should touch up any areas that may look lighter and it should be free of charge since I just had them done. I came in to get my lashes done 3 weeks later and Ann's daughter looked at them and said wait 3 more weeks, which was today. They had the audacity to try to charge me another 150 after I paid $450 6 weeks ago. I could see if it had been a year but 6 weeks. I haven't touched my brows. I spoke with the manager and he was of no help. He doesn't care....AT ALLLLLLL! This place is a money maker. The prices are extremely high. They do not value the customers if you can't touch up the area you didnt darken enough after 6 weeks. We are not important they only want our money. I must say I am satisfied with Stella who did my lashes. She is very courteous and she cares. Before you get your eyebrows done please be aware that they will not touch up missed areas after you heal in 4 weeks they will want another 150. Go somewhere where your touch up after healing is no charge. Not to mentioned I thought I found a good spot which is why I was driving from McDonough, GA IF YOU ARE NOT TOUCHING UP AFTER THE CLIENT HEALS FOR FREE, WHICH IS 4WKS, THEN YOU ARE PURPOSELY LEAVING SPOTS TO MAKE MORE MONEY! DO NOT MAKE THIS BUSINESS RICH. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. GO TO A BUSINESS WHO CARES. THIS IS A WARNING

My boyfriend and I came here for pedicures, and I also got a full set while he got a manicure. The total for both of us was $210. When I returned alone for a fill on my hands and toes, it cost $130. The pricing just doesn’t make sense—I won’t be coming back. Edit: I have one color on my nails and feet! I got no pedicure and manicure, just my nails and feet filled in!

I want to gate-keep my nail tech but LILY is that girl! i love a good french tip but when i want to switch it up she’s so patient (i’m very indecisive) and always does a 10/10 job. sometimes i even go 3 weeks and none of my nails are messed up or lifting and i’m a bartender.

FINAL UPDATE: nails lifted and 2 came smooth off at day 9. Keep your money!! UPDATE: I called as requested. The manager was not in nor did they know what I was talking about I mentioned the review and they told me I could come in to get my nails painted. I told him this is not my real issue and I was told that a manager would call I have not heard from him yet, I’m reducing this to one stars. I was really excited about this place due to tik tok and the fact that they had gel-x as I am allergic to monomer. However they may be too busy to spend the time giving the service they charge for.. your nails look good but the quality is lacking. I was cut twice on the same cuticle to the point I was began to bleed. The drilling typically done to the underside of my nail was not done leaving them caked with the sealant underneath… and listen $120 dollars for a gel-x full set is fine I guesss if it’s done perfectly. Guess I’ll keep looking Also 2 days later they are chipping

Teddy is the nail tech that did my Gel-X who was very nice. Not even two days, 3 of my nails started coming off which is absolutely not normal for Gel-X extensions as they can last up to 3 weeks (even 5 weeks+ more when I go to my regular nail tech). I don’t know if it was the technique used that was wrong or the quality of the product but I am extremely disappointed. For the price that I have paid, should not be happening within two days. The only reason why I went is because my nail tech was completely booked and I couldn’t wait another week, but after this I’ll rather wait than come back here.

I started to come here when my old nail place closed. Today something was off however in their steps of service - I just don’t feel like I received the usual great treatment I paid for . Disappoints - having a mani & pedi is heaven usually - not today though

I first want to say that Tara nails has some of the best nails techs when it come to executing any of the new trendy nail! But unfortunately the quality of maybe their products or how the product was used has left my nails starting to chip in less than two weeks using gel polish. I went to get my fill w/design and pedi on April 30th…the next day May 1st a nail was chipping so I decided to go get it fixed in which they did with no issues. I asked them during the repair to look at all ten nails to ensure that chipping wouldn’t occur again. The nail tech inspected my nails and put another layer Topcoat over all ten nails and sent me on my way! As you see on the photos provided it is now May 11th chipping has occurred on multiple nails and that’s extremely unfortunate for what I paid in which was about 90 dollars for just this fill and design alone. This last visit will most likely be my last 🙃

I have been visiting this salon for months now under a specific nail tech and decided that I will no longer be coming back based on my most recent experience. The staff is extremely rude and blatantly make fun of their customers while getting services done. It’s a very uncomfortable environment to be in and the employees make you feel as if you are a bother to even be in the salon. Additionally, I am constantly being charged different prices even though I get the exact same services done every single time. Overall, customer service has gone down significantly, no one here seems to have manners.

I will not be returning. My first time going was yesterday. I got my nails and lashes done. Lashes costed me $175 and I hate them!!! Very ugly! While doing my lashes they switched techs. I will never go back to this place. My lashes are awful. $175 wasted. However, my French nails are cute. I paid 298 in total. IG got me

I scheduled a brown appointment and paid 450 for the permanent brow. When they did it the first time my right brow was uneven and I needed to return to get it fixed. I specifically asked the receptionist if there is an additional cost and she said no. She also confirmed it with the manager l. When I got there on April 11/2024 they told the cost to fix the brows will be 100.00 for work I was not satisfied with. I was disappointed and will never go back to this shop. Their services are highly overpriced and they are not truthful with the prices and services. Don’t waste your money for a business that doesn’t have the integrity and stands behind those services

Instagram got me to this place. This is by far the worst mail experience I’ve had in Atlanta. When I first walked in, no one spoke to me. One of the nail techs just looked at me in which I spoke first. It’s a very uncomfortable experience. They send me to the pedicure chair. The seat and bowl was filthy. Didn’t look like it been wiped down lately. They did my nails and toes at the same time. The lady that did my nails was very rough. She attempted to manually rip on my previous set with the cuticle cutter. She then began to drill so hard on my nails, I had to keep telling her that it hurt. She put no care into my nails or experience. She got dust all over my clothes.I originally went because I saw they do good designs on Instagram. However, due to the experience I was having, I did g want them to get any extra money out of me so I got something simple in which I still had to ask her to fix it. I do not re come de at all. There are way better nail places that pride themselves in customer service, sanitation and actual nail care.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS- Read this before you get your eyelashes done here: On Feb.23rd I got the “lash special” and paid $100+ to get a classic set for my birthday. During the apt I could kind of tell that the lady was doing it a bit differently than others had done in the past. Within 4-5 days most of the lashes had fallen out! It was bad. This had never happened before & I knew something wasn’t right. I called on Feb.29th to inform them of my experience & see if there was anything they could do. Bao answered the phone & stated he was the manager. He basically told me I could come back in & pay $50 for a “weekly refill”. I told him it had been less than 1 week & lashes should last more than a week anyways. He told me that if I called on the 5th day then maybe they would have fixed them but since I called on the 6th day all he could suggest is I pay for a refill. There was NO accountability for the quality of their service at all. He didn’t even say he was going to talk to the lady that did my lashes or anything( I think he name was Lena). This is terrible customer service. Save your money & go to an actual lash tech! I’ve since talked to multiple people that frequently get their lashes done & they said that their lash techs charge around $90, do an amazing job and their lashes last for 3+ weeks! This is my second time getting a Brazilian done by Michelle. She gets down! I absolutely love her. She’s always thorough and takes good care of me. I usually get a full Brazilian and a stomach strip, it’s a little bit on the pricier side depending on what you’re used to paying but if Michelle’s doing it, it’s worth it!

Cut my fingers up bad. And very expensive, got short nails and the minimum designs and was over charged . Wow getting my nails did I complained that it was burning bad and I asked the guy when will the burning stop he said it should be shortly but the burning sensation blasted for over a day so I had to get them removed . Do not recommend, and when I messaged them about a solution to the problem, they never responded

First time at this salon. I followed Philip here as he gives the BEST pedicures in the entire city. I mean this man takes his time, cleans your feet thoroughly and gives the best massage ever. If your thing are pedicures and you want the best of the best, ask for Philip. You can thank me later.

I got my nails done here. When I first arrived the nail tech told me my nails would be one price which I agreed, but I still thought was kind of high, then when I was done and got to the cash register I was given a higher price 5.00 more. I told the lady at the register the nail tech said 75.00 she said no. They don’t do much to my nails because I had naturally nails and they are not very long, they only had to put 4 tips on my nails, which at my other nail salon I normally go to would be a lot cheaper like 20.00 cheaper. This salon is just in it for the money the tech didn’t even work or do any type of cuticle push back nothing, just but the nails on and then they asked for money. I will never go back to this spot again, they are overpriced. They are about the money like most nail salons, but especially this place.
