This is the best salon in Columbus. Taylor fixed my color when I first moved here and always has fun new ideas for me to trial when I'm indecisive. My hair has never looked better or been healthier. And there are cute pups which is a plus!

These girls know what they are doing! Visiting this salon needs to be on your to do list. From the coffee bar to all the furry friends waiting at the door to greet you, your experience will be a positive one. Don’t even get me started on how much I love this salon… I met Taylor a couple of years ago when I was a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding. Taylor was hired to do our hair and she knocked it out of the park. Since then, I’ve been seeing Taylor for my own cut and color, and went on to hire her for my wedding in 2022. She is the absolute best! She is talented, knowledgeable and HONEST, which I love and appreciate. The girls who work here are rock stars. The salon itself is adorable. You immediately feel at home there, not to mention there’s always the sweetest pups to greet you at the door. 10/10 recommend ☺️

I cannot rave about Taylor and Co enough! These ladies mean business and will pour their heart and soul into your hair. Located right in the short north. The atmosphere is welcoming to everyone. Be prepared to laugh because these ladies bring personality and skill!

I cannot say ENOUGH good things about this salon! I have been going to Taylor since 2021. I ALWAYS used to stress before getting my hair done, worried about what it would look like after. I have very curly hair and felt no one could ever cut it “right.” I am also very picky about color. Since going to Taylor, I never stress and always trust it will turn out just how I was hoping! She always listens to exactly what I want! She also is always up to date with the latest hair trends. The salon alone is also such a fun experience. It’s an open atmosphere and I always feel right at home. If you want a great cut, color and time - THIS is the place to go! Columbus is lucky to have this all female owned business!

I have gone to Abby for many years and she is truly the queen of the “lived in blonde” look! She does my balayage perfect every single time and makes it easy to maintain. The salon is so welcoming with a great vibe and aesthetic too!

Olivia is one of a kind! Her skills, professionalism and attitude is 12/10. She always does a phenomenal job and listens to me as a customer. I have never left her chair, disappointed. I recommend Olivia to all of my friends, but especially blondes :) can’t say enough good things about her!!

I had my hair done on March 21st by Olivia. I let her know that I wanted a partial highlight. She asked me if I wanted a lot of blonde, to which I replied, no, because I wanted the blonde to be subtle and to mix with my dark. I was not happy with the result/color, but thought I would see at home as it might be the lighting. I immediately messaged her the next day letting her know my concerns and received no response. The top looked like it had been streaked with grey highlights and the bottom was a bright yellow. With it being so yellow my underneath showed as a drastic difference in color and it immediately looked like I had roots from the time I left the salon…I then messaged her two more times over the next couple weeks and again, no response. After spending so much money and it looking horrible from the start, I reached out to the salon directly and first received a nice response apologizing and offering for one of the owners to fix it. I agreed to that as fixing it was what I had wanted from the start.. After letting them know times that i was available, no response. After a couple days, I then just asked for a refund, so I could go somewhere else to have it fixed/redone… again, no response. I then finally received a response (after a month) from Olivia stating that she did what I asked and I can go elsewhere from here on out… I never asked for bright yellow hair and grey highlights and the lack of any care of the client being unhappy with this result is shocking. Horrible customer service especially by a business that is just starting out.

I have never felt so seen, embraced, and encouraged to be myself as I have in this salon. I also truly love the addition of dogs in the salon. It definitely gives me a sense of calm and safety. I’ve been going to Taylor & Co. for over a year now (every other month) and it’s been such a great experience every time. All of the girls are very friendly, knowledgeable, and accepting. Brooke has been the one to do my hair each time, and between her getting my color right every single time to the perfect hair extensions she installs on me, she has been a savior for bringing life back into my postpartum hair. I recommend this salon to all of my friends and family any chance I get.

Mik did such a great job on my hair! It was my first time in and I loved how it turned out. I have a hard time finding someone who can do my dark hair without making it brassy or yellow and Mik did such a good job getting my hair to look exactly like the inspo pics I showed her. She is so sweet and I definitely will be coming back :) the studio itself is also super cute

Mik is so sweet and passionate about her work. She’s put more effort into my hair than anyone else has, genuinely is passionate about hair, offers helpful education, knows what she’s doing but is also self aware enough to ask for coworker opinions and advice when necessary, and offers very reasonable prices. She finds the balance between giving me what I want and keeping my hair healthy so I recommend over and over again!

Mikenzie was amazing! She made me a crisp blond from brunette and added perfect layers. At first I was nervous about getting a cut, but I’m so happy I trusted her. It turned out better than I could’ve imagined . I’ll only let her touch my hair from now on!

Taylor is the BEST in the game! I came to her with a request to color correct my hair after 10 years of black box dye. Taylor listened to what I wanted and made a plan to lift the black out of my hair (which is not easy to do!). She did a fantastic job and my hair has never looked/felt better!! All of the stylists here are so friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a salon with great vibes and awesome people, you are in the right place!

After moving to Maine, 2 yrs later, and no stylist. Afraid of "anyone" cutting my hair ... A business trip led me to Taylor & Co., so grateful, I took the chance. The energy is awesome here, dogs, good conversation, and an amazing haircut. I've had a stylist on Newbury St Boston, Providence, and T & Co is right up there, and welcoming. Taylor has been doing my hair for 10 years+. I drive 2 hours every couple months to see her because I won’t let anyone touch my hair. She is the blonde queen and kills it every time!
