I had a very disappointing experience at this massage shop. I made an appointment in advance and paid a deposit, but when I arrived, no one was there to provide the service. To make matters worse, they refuse to refund my deposit. This is incredibly unprofessional, and I will not be returning. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
