Took my daughter here today and this is the best experience that she's ever had getting braids. In the past, she has left braiders only smiling bc she is a respectful young lady. But this afternoon she left TDs smiling bc she was actually loving her hair. My daughter didn't speak up about wanting burgandy Peek-a-boos before her braiding hair was picked out. And Tanneh went out of her way to change out the colors when she found out that's what she really wanted. I really appreciate how well she did and will be returning and recommending her. Super unprofessional. I texted her last week. Stopped replying in the middle of my texts and then texted me back 5 days later. Made an appointment and then texted me saying she had another client coming in after we already scheduled. Whoever’s saying she was good in communication is a liar. Simple. Let me post up the pictures for you since you said I’m lying. I texted you yesterday? Or were we talking on Sunday when you stopped replying back? I never told you I was in class, I said I was at work and I told you that yet you asked me again if I can come in earlier. I never told you I had anybody to do my daughters hair. So Please stop lying trying to make me seem like I’m lying! I was all good energy until you showed me you were unprofessional! You texted me and told me to get my life and then blocked so I couldn’t say nothing back. Let me not mention it took you 3 hours to send me your address which I have the benefit of the doubt that you were doing hair or whatever but when I called you right before I left work it sounded like you were laying down watching tv cause I heard it in the background. Lady don’t play with me

I just looked at my hair in the back and my real hair is sticking out of a lot of my braids, so I will not be a returning customer. I wasted 230 dollars on knotless braids for the them to come out a hot mess in the back.
