Seriously amazing experience!!! From the moment you walk in the staff is so welcoming and inviting. The spa is clean and bright. I had Lidia and she was a gem! She is absolutely an asset to Tea Scalp. I have curly thick hair and didn’t have high hopes for the blow out but she gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had.

Danielle is an amazing esthetician! She clearly explained the treatment I was receiving and what to expect. I wish that the service could last all day, it literally felt like heaven for my head/hair. I left the spa feeling hair/scalp rejuvenated! Can’t wait to go back, on my next visit to Las Vegas.

Great experience! I have locs and also deal with eczema. They were very knowledgeable and gave some great tips to help deal with my concerns. My scalp feels so clean and soothed afterwards. Also the scalp photos were very cool and informative.

It was my first time and something I will definitely come back to do again. Kelsey was AMAZING! She explained each step to me, so I knew what to expect. She made sure my experience was above and beyond. The scalp massage was 10/10, the information about my hair/scalp heath was 10/10. I definitely recommend everyone to try this place out. T.E.A. Spa Review I had an absolutely heavenly experience at T.E.A. Spa, and I can’t recommend it enough! Alana took care of my scalp treatment, and she did a phenomenal job. I have a dry scalp and struggle with dryness, but her expertise in applying the moisturizers and shampoo made all the difference. They even took before-and-after photos, and wow—the results were so noticeable! The highlight, though, was the treatment bed. It massages you from your feet to your shoulders, including your hands and arms, while Alana worked her magic. As she massaged, shampooed, and moisturized my scalp, I felt completely pampered and relaxed, as if I were in another world. To top it off, they served mochi and hot tea while drying my hair and finishing the session with final photos. Every detail of the experience felt thoughtful, luxurious, and rejuvenating. If you’re looking for a transformative and indulgent self-care moment, this is the place to go!

Lauren was absolutely amazing! I’ve done this in Japan and this was as close to authentic in the states as I could find. I would recommend 100% and I will be back to see her. So grateful to have found her and this head spa. Her energy is contagious and then the peacefulness inside the spa….10/10! She knows the perfect mix.

My therapist was Chantal — it was my first time doing this type of service, she was so sweet in explaining every step, and left me feeling super relaxed / taken care of. Such a nice thing to do in the evening to end the day stress free.

Super excited to try this place and get this service done but meh all the way around. First off the aromatherapy/ massage is done in the noisy blow out area which is NOT relaxing, this should be done whilst laying down prior to the actual treatment. Poor protocol on the order of things. Next I was taken into the treatment area, the massage chairs are rough and extremely uncomfortable which took away from the "relaxation" the chairs also constantly beep SUPER loud so that was very distracting and again NOT relaxing. They have a Sonos Bluetooth speaker in the corner of the room that was on FULL BLAST VOLUME and gave me anxiety the entire time. Loud ass piano tunes, the kind you hear watching an ominous drama or suspense filled movie, not sure why they find this to be soothing or relaxing because it was NOT. The music was so loud and blaring that it was vibrating the entire chair and my body, it made me so anxious that several times I thought about just stopping the treatment and leaving but did not want to be rude which I actually should have but did not to make scene and leave with wet hair. The scalp exfoliation was only done on the front of my scalp and some areas on the sides. This was weird because why was my entire head not done? Is that not the entire point of this treatment ? A scalp exfoliation treatment should include the ENTIRE scalp. I was expecting a through massage since I even paid to have an extra 10 minutes added but the massage was subpar and not enough pressure at all. My technician was very nice but she had stiletto nails with length. At any time anyone is performing aesthetics, massage or scalp treatments the nails should be very short. I assume that is why my massage was so light because how can anyone do a proper massage with pressure when you have long pointy nails? You simply cannot. I did voice my feedback to the front where I assume the owner was and I was told that "a note would be placed on my account for the feedback" which is pointless since I would not return to this place for a service. As a business owner myself I would have offered a discount for this type of complaint. I also think this service is grossly overpriced for what it is and I basically paid almost $200 including the tip for an overpriced shampoo. I get a stronger shampoo and massage from my regular stylist. Absolute waste of money here and I will not be returning.

Disappointed. Went with a friend, looking forward to this fun new experience. We both had staff that had worked there less than a month. We both paid extra for the extra massage time for the scalp and neck, both of us are unsure that happened. We also paid extra to have the styling post the experience. Neither staff member really knew how to style a blow out, which is the only style they offer post wash. Both our stylists kept putting the blow dryer between their legs while they fumbled with the round brush. The manager could tell I wasn't happy and tried to fix my hair but in the end, we both left the "experience" looking a little rough. For what we paid, I expected better.

Had a basic hair treatment done by lydia and she was amazing, I highly recommend booking her and I will definitely be back to see her. This place is so relaxing and their front of house staff are so friendly and welcoming.

I was so looking forward to my appointment only to feel a bit disappointed. Partly my fault because I watch videos of hair scalp treatment on Tiktok prior to my appointment and I had a lot of expectation. I paid for extra massage but I don’t think I got the extra massage. I received the minimal. Don’t get me wrong, I was treated well and provided the best care they could give. But with the money paid, I expected to get more massage on my scalp and neck, etc., and feel more relaxed. And again maybe this is a different service than those I watch on Tiktok. Otherwise, the ambience was good and the people were friendly. The tea and mochi was good.

No flexibility in their cancellation policy what so ever. Explained that my grandfather is being taken to the hospital and I need to be with him. I gave 8 hours of notice (called as soon as I found out) and they wouldn’t let me reschedule without taking my $80 deposit. I wasn’t even asking for my money back, just wanted to reschedule. They definitely care more about money than their customers. I have been multiple times before this and do one of their most expensive services but definitely taking my money elsewhere now. If you choose to book with them, be sure no emergency comes up because you will not get treated or get your money back.

Where do I even start! Cherry was my stylist and she was AMAZING. Such a fun spirit to talk to and laugh with during my service and also extremely relaxing during the scalp portion. If you go here, definitely request her because she's talented and so personable. The space itself was super clean and well decorated. I loved the touch of mochi and green tea at the end of the service.
