I set up an appointment to have my hair braided. When I spoke with her, she advised that I needed to out down a $30 deposit and I did. She confirmed that the appointment was for today, 11/10/24. So this morning, I drive to the location just to realize that the address on this site is just the street. On the Google photo there are two houses shown. I ran the doorbell at both houses, the first was the wrong house and the second house there was no answer. I texted and called numerous of times but no answer. This is not the way to do business. I feel like I have been scammed. So now I have to scramble and see if I can get my hair done today somewhere. If you did not want to do the job or if something came up, communicate that with your potentials. I am very angry that I paid a $30 deposit for services that I never received. Edit: To answer to your reply, when I spoke with you, did not give me your address. You did text me back to let me know you got the deposit. I have my call detail from Sunday where I tried to call you 12 times but your phone was not accepting calls. I also texted you asking for the address. I sat on your street for almost an hour. The bottom line is you did not answer your phone. It may be a miscommunication or misunderstanding and with that being said, its only fair that you send the $30 back. Your values should lead you to do that.

I called to make an appointment and was able to get in within the hour. I got sengalase braids and they are beautiful!! Tecle is so personable and professional. She is so sweet and friendly. Great price and 6 min from my house. I will definitely be going to her from now on. I will be referring all of my friends and family to Tecle.

This was my first time doing braids but definitely not my last time with Tecle Turned out so perfect and I fell in love with them She did it exactly how I wanted and even better, worth every penny 😭♥️ She’s so nice and friendly, I absolutely recommend her She worked on my hair for +6 hours god bless her 🥺♥️

Have used this service for myself and my kids we are wowed because she is just so good with what she does and your hair style will last longer than any I have ever done. My scalp is very sensitive and this lady has been the only one since I moved to the United States to do my hair with no issues. Thank you and God bless your hands😘❤️

Tecle was very nice. She works inside her home and has kids. So there are a few interruptions while she’s working on your hair. Tecle takes her time to make sure your hair is done correctly. I had to return one time when my braids came down the next day. But there wasn’t a problem. She took down my hair and did the braids over for me so they were tighter.

I cannot explain how much I loved this place . She did so amazing with me and my tinder headed self . She made sure I was comfortable enough & asked me if I was okay with certain products . She’s so sweet and caring about her clients . She makes conversation so you don’t feel alone. I will never stop going to her . And her price are Reasonable.
