I’m a stylist at Ted Isaacs salon, and I have to say, I love this place! It’s a nice bright salon with lots of light and friendly faces surrounding me every day in a low toxicity environment. Whether you’re in the neighborhood or not, there’s a stylist for every type of hair here!

Brandi is fantastic! Really knowledgeable in her craft and never fails to make my hair look and feel great. The styles she has given me are always easy to recreate at home on my own and that is a huge plus for me!! Thin, thick, naturally curly, she can do it all!!!!

I have been seeing Andrea, the owner of Ted Isaacs Salon, for 19 years. To say Andrea is a master of color is an understatement. She has years and years of knowledge and education to make any of your hair color dreams come true. Andrea is also amazing with hair extensions, which are very tricky. And, of course, she is an amazing stylist overall. One thing that is particularly nice about Andrea is that she is very honest about what your hair can and cannot do. If she can't make your hair do what the picture looks like, she won't do it. Highly recommend Andrea, and Ted Isaacs Salon!

I’ve normally had pretty decent experiences with this salon, have been going there for 10 years now. Unfortunately my usual stylist there moved on and I have since started going to a different salon, but this time I had to make a last minute appointment because my usual person got called out of town for an emergency (it happens) so I thought I’d go back to this salon. Used their online booking system since the shop was closed, made appointment, got confirmation 30 minutes later and confirmed myself. Show up this morning to check in, told another hairstylist who I was here to see, was told that she just arrived and is in back and will let her know I was here so I sat on couch to wait. 10 minutes rolls by, nobody comes out, thought maybe still get ready. Another 10 minutes rolls by still nothing and no sign of this stylist. Finally after waiting there for 27 minutes, the front desk lady finally comes up to me to ask who I’m waiting for, I proceeded to tell her and was told oh, that’s strange, she’s not here yet. She contacts the stylist, leaves voicemail and tells me we will have to Reschedule since it seems the online scheduling never alerted the stylist. Well this was the only day I had available, wedding event is next week and most places are closed by time I get home. I understand it was last minute, but what’s the point of having an online scheduling service if doesn’t alert the stylist and then just have the inconvenience shrugged off. The stylist had appointments available all day and she didn’t even try and suggest scheduling for one of them. Just felt was treated very unprofessionally from being lied to that the stylist was there and then being shrugged off like it was no big deal. Suffice to say I won’t be returning to this salon anymore.
