Amy's amazing! Short hair is ALL about the cut and I trust her implicitly. I get compliments when it's freshly cut and a month later. The vibe is welcoming, fun, and inclusive.

I deleted my initial amended review as the owner seemingly researched into me as a means to discredit my review. This is worrisome. Initially, I left a negative review, owner responded to the review in an, I thought, an attempt to make amends by offering the refund for a charge that I did not book for. In meeting in person I had attempted to clarify that this issue had happened before with my wife. In response she decided to speak to me in an overly passive aggressive manner, bordering on insult. Below is now my amended review. Lack of communication around fees to be charged. Charges more than listed price without conferring with client. If complaint is made, owner instead misconstrues and twists the narrative to turn themselves into a victim, effectively calling you a liar. Treats low-income families as dirt and demeans them with aggressive words and condescending attitude. Owner chooses to insult rather than to carefully read or listen to criticism. Seemingly doesn't read very carefully. If you are not white and with thick black hair, you'll be charged more. Avoid this place.

Amy Rose is talented! She not only fixed a bad haircut I had from months back, she gave me a beautiful cut that fits my facial structure so well. I feel like a new person! I haven't had bangs in a long time either and I'm very pleased with how they turned out. Thank you ☺️

I have been seeing Amy Rose for my curly hair styles for well over 10 years. She has been with me through short and long styles and everything in between, handling every request I make expertly and professionally. I am completely codependent on her for all my hair needs and she handles it graciously. Good parking right in front in a cute neighborhood that is a destination in and of itself. I love Temple of Hair! Amy Rose gave me the best haircut I've had in years a couple months back (and it grew out beautifully). The other day, I accidentally bleached my hair too long and wanted a fresh start w a buzz asap. Luckily there was an opening the next day w Michael. Michael was wonderful, too! I've felt gobbs more confident both times I've gotten my hair done here. I'm so glad someone suggested this place to me. I will be going back again and again. Thanks Amy Rose & Michael!

Long hair my whole life that had to be cut short for energy conservation to a health condition. Amy Rose knew just what to do and how to do it and was kind and candid and funny and all the best parts of human. Now I have a top knotch, adorable short haircut that looks amazing on me and makes me look younger. I love it, and I love Temple of Hair and Amy Rose.

My daughter had an appointment with someone at this establishment on Friday March 31st, when she arrived she was met by a middle age psychopath, she was told that her hair was not going to be done? the reason according to this bully? hair is thick and long,my daughter ended up paying a $ 180.00 cancelation fee. Cancelation fee? she never canceled, this person refused to do her hair. Apparently all this drama took place when some other customers were present. This business should have some decency and refund the money to my daughter.

Sarah gave me a great short cut which was not drastic but kinda working with what I had going. She worked methodically and checked in to make sure we were on the same page, and I could also tell I was in experienced hands. She also checked in about product use at the end which was appreciated, since I don’t usually use any. Overall a good experience, and liked that it was small/intimate and independently owned.
