Don’t go to this place!!! Back in October I probably would have made a good review but now heck no. The owner is only about her money and that’s it. My hair stylist was out for a little bit so I decided to go to another person. The day of I was 15 minutes late due to my job ( which is my fault) but I was only three minutes away from the shop before they called me the lady on the phone asking me how far I was so I told her 3 minutes and then she told me “well you don’t have an appointment “ I told her she doesn’t have to get nasty with me. Because I was talking calmly to her and she hung up on me. But by then I was already outside the shop. I felt uncomfortable so I just left. This happened 3 months ago so to bring it to present time. My hair stylist is back so I was going to give the place one more shot because I might have gave it the wrong impression. So I booked an appointment yesterday with my hairstylist and here we go again with some strange encounter I get a phone call from a strange number and in the voicemail it states that I owe $40 for a no-show fee from three months ago and I had to make that payment first before getting my hair done, and then I also got a text message in regards of it too. Which I was more than confused because that should’ve been taken out three months ago so then I text the person Saying that should’ve been Taken three months ago I don’t understand why I have to pay a $40 no-show fee now in their website it says that it will automatically be charged from the card on file. which then she stated that the card declined that day which is perfectly fine however, I was never notified that the card declined on them like she is now telling me through text and phone call. Which is neglect on your behalf, and not mine. So then I asked to talk to a manager, and I tried to pretend that the text message wasn’t trying to get smart to me, but it did not seem professional at all. So the person then stated that they are the manager, which was perfectly fine with me because that’s who exactly I wanted to talk about because of the situation before once I even brought that up she completely ignored that. she didn’t even care that I felt uncomfortable the last time to even come into the salon, which bothers me even more I don’t care about paying a no fee or whatever that I missed, but it’s the principle of respecting my feelings that I did not appreciate which made me even more uncomfortable to even give her the money but I did it just so I won’t have anything on my name. And now I’m actually happy that my card was acting strange that day because God knew that she was playing games with me because she probably would’ve charge my card $40 for a no-show fee. However when you make the appointment it makes you give them $25 for the deposit, which means that I only owed her $15 and yet she’s texting me saying that I owe $40 so that day they probably would’ve charged me more than what was actually supposed to be charged. I seen a post before about these no-show fees and I completely ignored it ( that wasn’t really a no show) and that’s what I get for ignoring it. do not ignore the bad post because it’s true and they don’t care about you all she care about is that money even when I gave it to her she still made me feel more uncomfortable. I would never be going back even though I love my hairstylist so much.

Appointment has been canceled a total of 4 times. Three of them due to not enough time but a time is displayed for the service for you to select. The fourth one was recently denied due to the stylist leaving early. No alternative is ever given.

TTT hair studio is the most Professionally run, clean and comfortable hair salon I've ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door there is a sense of luxe 😍 The owner and her mom are spot on with extensive knowledge of haircare and they aren't going to just do whatever you want them to do! This is long overdue. Just for the record-I haven’t been to this studio yet but I have had hair stylist, Tahjé, at another hair studio. To date- she is the most gentle and understanding person I have ever had work on my hair. I have a sensitive head so she was so kind about making sure I was comfortable. As an ambivert- I can chit chat then go silent so she was able to roll with that throughout my appointment. Overall, she did a phenomenal job and I couldn’t recommend her more for the keratin and press treatment!! I am sure she is a great asset to Tempted to Touch!

I have thick long hair my hair looks and feels great staff are professional friendly and informative I cant believe how much Jacky has educated me on my hair... I’ve always wanted to dye my hair, but was afraid. A friend of mine posted a pic of her hair, which looked great, so I decided to give the salon she went to a try. Called for an appointment, explained what I wanted (color)& was told to come in for a consultation. I went, and Jackie assessed my hair, explained the current state of my hair, and what products would be best for me. I was impressed!!! Most stylist would’ve just had me come in, colored it (oh yeah, she also educated me. U dye Easter eggs, u color hair, Lol) Big day came, went in for my appointment & she did her thing!!! My color was everything I expected it to be!! I left feeling like a brand new person. She’s not into taking ur $$ and doing whatever, she actually knows her stuff! I’m def going back & not going anywhere else!!!

Jacky has been doing my hair for the past eight plus years. Over the years I have learned so much about hair care. Yes she does an awesome job and her finished product is nothing but amazing. However, her expertise is focusing on the health of her clients hair from the scalp to the ends, she will educate you on what is best for your hair type. Give her a try you won’t regret it.

As simple as it is to style my natural hair type, it's very rare to find someone that knows how to handle it and be great at it. Not only do I now have a stylist that does my hair well (Jacky) , I have a salon that I can continue to go to and be treated with the utmost respect. Each time I go, I always felt welcomed and enjoyed having pleasant conversations. I would definitely highly recommend this salon to others without hesitation.

Jacky has been my stylist for over 10 years. When I started going to her my hair was a mess.. translation, unhealthy. Jacky took her time to nurse my hair back to health. Jacky is one of the best hair care professionals in the business.

I have been a client for years well over 5 and I must say that my experience with the owner and staff has differed from that of the previous reviewer. The shop hasn’t been open a year and the strives Ms. Fisher and her staff have made to assist the clientele in a smooth transition have been remarkable. I am a person who likes to get in early and get out early, with that being said, the salon has always been open for my 7:30 am appointments. I have two daughters who also are serviced at the salon, who’s hair they have damaged on their own several times! Ms. Fisher always works wonders to get them back to a healthier glowing and flowing hair and gives them proper instructions for their personal hair care as well as proper nutrition. I have always been serviced on time and if I was at issue with anything it was addressed and resolved. My hair has always been kept healthy as long as (I) followed up with proper hair care and Maintenance. I have gone from long to short cut several times with multiple colors in my hair at once and no breakage has occurred that was the fault of Ms. Fisher. Appointment are confirmed through a email/text system at the time the appointment is made. Two days before the appointment you receive a reminder with confirmation. It is up to the client to respond. For a year I had weekly appointment and found this system VERY helpful as I had a very hectic schedule. Without the reminders I’m sure I would have accrued several no call no show fees. I have spent a lot of time and money in Ms. Fisher as a self-investment. If I felt Ms. Fisher wasn’t worth the time or distance I travel, and the look I like to maintain, I wouldn't be posting a review in fact I wouldn’t be a client.

I have found a true miracle worker in Jacky at Tempted to Touch! She was super nice, informative, and didn't make me feel ashamed about the state of my hair during our consultation. She was very honest about prioritizing the treatment of my natural hair before preparing for my wedding in a few weeks. Her entire staff is very warm and welcoming of the clients. I highly recommend trying their AMAZING caramel conditioning treatments!

Jacky has been my stylist for almost 20 years. She is the greatest thing that has ever happen to my hair. Jacky is always very professional and she works hard to please each and every customer that sits in her chair. I was really confused after reading the negative review because TTT policies are read and reviewed with every customer before services are rendered. There is also an appointment system that emails or texts clients of future appointments. As adults we need to remember that we need to take responsibility for our actions or lack there of.

The salon atmosphere is very nice. Decorated well and very spacious. I had a good experience until my latest appointments. I had been a client of the owner Jacky for well over 5 years and referred several people to her. My last 3 appointments were scheduled incorrectly by the receptionist. Initially it was corrected until my very last appointment that I made and went in for, but found out upon my arrival there that the receptionist (her mother) never put me in for that date and claimed I never called to cancel my correct appointment. She (receptionist) had put me in for a date that I did not schedule, but instead of apologizing for the error the owner spent more than 30 min trying to convince me that I was wrong and at fault. Her receptionist remembered me calling but denied giving me that appointment time and canceling my previous appointment. My question was..well what exactly did I call for? To chat? I think not. We finally put that to bed..or so I thought. She asked me to go ahead to the shampoo chair and I thought all was well. Just as I go to sit in her chair to get styled, she pulled me aside to say that I owed a $45 cancellation fee! I was FLOORED! A cancellation fee for a day that I cancelled was my thought...nope...A DAY THAT I HAD NEVER EVEN SCHEDULED! Again I pulled up my call log to show her that I spoke with her mom on the day PRIOR to MY last scheduled appointment...she then accused me of altering my call log to my benefit. I was more than hurt. I was practically in tears. I've put up with alot over the years..the lateness and slowness...even sat for 7 HOURS to get my hair done after I was there on time for my appointment and never received so much as an apology. Life happens, I know...so I am ALWAYS cognizant of others time so I would NEVER not just show up. I believe she purposely waited until I got my hair washed to mention this ridiculous fee (which is almost as much as the style) in which I was not responsible for. Attempting to leave me stuck with no hair style. I later found out that it had been done to a couple other clients also. If it had not been done on purpose why not mention it prior to my shampoo. She led me to believe all was well. Needless to say a client is lost over a $45 mistake on the behalf of her staff and I won't return. Good luck to anyone making appointments. Check and recheck your appointments. I asked for appointment cards, but was told that they cost money...so record conversations and screen shot correspondences.

This was my 1st time and I was very satisfy I would recommend tender to touch hair salon because they greet you very respectful her place is very warm and comfortable I really respect that hospitality that was given to me from the time I walked in the door I like how she explain step-by-step what she was doing to my hair teaching me as she went along her shampoo lady was very gentle and very good on my scalp Jacqueline I would recommend because she explained how deeply and passionate she cares about your hair her receptionist greet you as soon as you walk in your door and I very calmly voice and welcoming
