My blowout was great and the service made me feel comfortable and wish this place was in my home town.

Bad costumer services, and rudeness . I had my hair done there a couple times, and it was okay. They are not very friendly at all. Last time, I had my root touch up, as I did it previously, and being a blonde, I ask them repeatedly to make sure they check my file, for the correct color match. Well, they don’t have files on costumers, because the lady the did the work, was trying to reach someone with the phone, and try to explain to them . On the end, my roots came out way too dark, and I told them about it. It was no apologies at all, not even they try to offer to fix it. They charge me, and I went home. My husband told me to call them back, and ask for the owner to fix it. The next day, I went back, and got the same lady again, that look not happy at all, in fixing the job she did, the day before. Without, saying a word to me, she went to the mixing table, when I asked what was the plan, she said they were going to strip the color of my hair, and then try to put another color over. I was very concern with the lack of knowledge and care, and just ask them to add highlights to it, so it won’t be so noticeable the dark roots. She did, but the interesting thing was, that after she took the foil out of my hair, she got a wet cloth and started to wipe it off, with no intention to wash my hair out . I complain, and ask her to do so. I’m not the person, who likes to creates arguments, and I have this place a couple opportunities of my business, since they are steps away from my home. I always think, that it will be better next time. I called them once again, and try to set up an appointment with the owner Valerie this time, and she told me, she remembered me from our phone conversation when I was displeased with my hair, and told me that if I went there and they mess up my hair again, she wasn’t going to fix it again, and if I didn’t like it, I should go look for other place.” I don’t understand how people like this are on business of services with the public . I think, to go to a salon, it’s for many of us, a pampering, relaxing, and a away to feel good about our selfs, and a few hours away from our daily busy life’s . There is not, what you will find it there at all. Stay away from 1010 salon.

My wife loves this place! Everyone is super friendly, and the haircut is done on point! I highly recommend this place for hair. It's like a mini makeover.

First of all I have yet to see a filthier salon in my life. We walked in and the ground and their floors had filth everywhere. We walked in about five minutes earlier than our appointment because I guess they don’t open till 1130. I asked them if anybody was here for our three blowdry‘s. They replied yes I will take the first one. I said all three of us have an 1130 appointment is anyone else here? with that the rude owner opens the door naked with a towel in front of her and starts telling us that were too early. She just states that as she closes the door To get dressed and she starts screaming oh my God. So I imitated her saying Oh my God because I found that so rude!with that she opens the door still undressed and starts telling us she is the owner and our energy is bad and yelling at us like a psychotic woman .so I told her we are leaving and I wouldn’t let you touch our hair!! I wish I would’ve read the reviews first before coming here because all of the reviews were horrible. I noticed that very few people actually like the salon. Do not go here and don’t go near there you might get a disease from the filth and the owner is extremely rude. She should go back to take classes that teaches you etiquette and customer service ! Please beware of this place and stay far away!
