I had about an hour and a half layover before my flight, so I stopped in and got a deluxe mani from Natalya. It took about 40-50 minutes and she did an absolutely fantastic job. This photo is from 4 days after the mani and I still have no chips (standard polish). If you've got the time this is a wonderful way to spend it!

Went for a basic manicure and the manicure itself was good but the lady was very pushy and rude. My final straw was when I was putting away my rings and watch and she yelled at me to put it on the table in front because she’s not responsible for people’s things. I told her no, I will put them where I want (in my bag) and she started saying well if it drops when I’m putting it back on it’s not her responsibility.. at no point had I indicated it would be as I was quiet for most of the appointment. As soon as she was done, she mumbled something and left. I didn’t catch her name but she has brown hair. Shame because the other lady next to us was very polite.

Was thrilled with my gel manicure and service by Margaritka today. She was professional and kind and gave some great advice regarding other potential treatments for the future to help my poor nails! If you have an extended layover, this is a great place to visit.

Hardly a massage… I don’t think he knew what a knot was… I asked him to massage the neck and he started pinching my skin. Talked the whole time. Mentioned politics… Chairs weren’t that great…

I’m glad I took a chance on a massage here despite the poor reviews. My wife and I had four hours until our next flight and we both had a lot of tension in our backs, so we stopped in. It was only about a twenty minute wait for us and we each got a 30 minute deep tissue chair massage. They did deep tissue better than MANY spas I’ve been to. It was a good price for the experience!

The massage experience was satisfactory; however, the service could have been more accommodating (7/10). Considering the setting is an airport, I can understand the demanding nature of working there. With a long layover, the visit here proved to be a worthwhile investment, offering a welcome respite from the bustling chaos typical of airport environments.

Absolutely the worst "massage" I have ever had. The guy wouldn't stop talking and had a hangnail. He didn't give a massage he just kind of rubbed over my body. Absolutely dreadful!! Do not waste your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Very poor customer service! The receptionist was mean with her response and did not accommodate an appointment although it was well within their operating hours. Spa located in Terminal 3 near gate H1.

Came in and waited a few minutes. Gentleman at the desk said I could have an appointment in 15 mins. I drank one large beer and came back. Miroslav was the best! He asked where I needed focus for the deep tissue massage in the chair. Very close in pressure to a full body I had in Scottsdale. He checked on me and explained the muscles where I have problems. I wish you could get 1 hr in the chair. I think they would benefit from a full time receptionist, but the therapist’s skill was exceptional. Far better than in Nashville Airport. I’ll be back thanks!

Incredible. Anytime I have a long layover in O'Hare I try to come to this location specifically. Miroslaw Beilan is an absolutely incredible masseuse from Poland who is lead here. The 75 minute table massage is where it's at. He'll focus on whatever area you need most if you ask. European style therapeutic massage which is just wonderful

Such a gamble getting a manicure at the airport, but it was lovely! Best use of a layover. Quick and precise with great attention to detail. New polishes and trendy colors. So reasonably priced for the quality.

Kenneth was amazing—he fit me in at the end of the day, a 60 min massage that started with an incredibly helpful assisted stretching series, which allowed me to losen up so he could get at the rest of my knots! If you’ve ever had a sports massage, it was like that combined with Swedish. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about how the joints tendons and fascia all work together; I’m usually a frustrating case for a massage therapist but Kenneth expertly rebuilt me from the ground up! (Or so it felt!) I’m so grateful for the tune up, and that Kenneth took the time to assess my strength and range of movement in order to target the areas he felt would help me the most. Definitely see Kenneth if he’s in, you will not regret it!

Have had great Swedish messages here in Feb and March 2023 by both Kinny and a gentleman whose name I don’t recall (white, beard, tall). Best to sit and wait if you’re on the list. I’ll keep coming back and tipping well, as both massages are some of the best I’ve ever had. Book for 30, you won’t regret it!

I was very unhappy with the quality of my chair massage, and honestly, it left me feeling creeped out. Many of the providers looked quite good. Mine was terrible. It was a waste of money, and the provider did not seem properly trained. I'm not sure he was even licensed. He even suggested doing some dry needling, which I would never had done with him as I would have been fearful of sanitatization. I've had many airport chair massages (and table massages) over the years, and this was the worst. Like I said, many of the providers looked great. Had I had one of them, the experience probably would have been excellent. If you go here, watch 1st, and make sure you request a good masseuse. Based on my experience, I can not recommend this business.

Unfortunately, I have to put only 1 star. I booked 15 min massage. I was after surgery. But before no health conditions questions . Like DVT or heart problem,allergy . I couldn't 6 in the chair. So she set 50 minutes with the accent. I didn't understand, so I thought was 15 minutes, but also, I wasn't asking her about 15 minutes. I said my appointment was fifteen minutes, and later, she said yes. After 35 min, I said I needed to go she try asked about more work and pushed me for paying time. I said I needed to go because of my boarding time. Then they said I've to pay for 50 min. Very unprofessional. I've been in business for 18 years. I'll never treat my clients like that.

We were waiting for service. We were told by the one masseuse that was available that we could wait in the waiting area. About 15 minutes later, a person in a suit came through and told my sleeping daughter, who was waiting for a massage that she wasn’t allowed to sleep there. He was very condescending when he said, this isn’t your bed. Not necessary. He asked if we were ‘on the books’. I said, no because no one was available to take our information. He then addressed me in the same condescending tone that he had taken with my daughter and I had decided that we would move on to the lounge and wait to finish our 30 hours of travel.

They don’t answer the phone. They only have chair massage. No other services. No website at the time of this review. It just says it’s coming soon. Their prices are 100% ridiculous for a chair massage. I would not bother.
