First time coming, very friendly and great customer service. The appointment was fast and Dr answered questions quick and they were straight to the point. Definitely gonna continue going to them.

Doctor Kristen was amazing!! Really took the time to see what was going on, laid my options out for me to pick our route. Front desk was also very nice, waived my no show fee (I had missed my previous appt) without me even asking. They were upfront about pricing before anything was done. Really good experience in and out within the hour!

Staff does not answer the phone. Ive tried calling the medical assistant line and nothing for an entire hour. I than tried the scheduling line and still couldn't get in reach with anybody. My appoints are a year apart and now I have to wait months to bring up my concern. Wish I could get a referral to a different dermatologist because this one never answers.

You won’t see an actual doctor here. This is one of those offices where you pay to see a doctor and actually get seen by a P.A.

Every person I encountered, whether office staff or medical personnel, was attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind to me. I felt like I was important to each person I came in contact with. My medical reason for seeking their help caused me some anxiety, but now I will go confidently back again for their help.

This was my first visit to this office. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Maloney was very caring about the issues I have had for over 7 years that was not previously taken care of. . I was very pleased with the service and care I received Dr Maloney seemed to be very concern about the issues I had and advised me thoroughly on what medical action was needed. Thank you so much for caring about by health.

Took my 11 daughter to see Dr. Kristen Gathright And she was awesome. My daughter has psoriasis and Sciatic arthritis we learned so much & are going to be starting a new medication to help my daughter, but it is a shot every week. My daughter was nervous & saying NO but Dr. Gathright put her at ease and now she agreed to new treat. Looking forward to our next visit with her.

I had a great experience at Texas Dermatology - Brooks Mission Trail. Making the appointment with Dr. Browning’s office was easy. The ladies at the front receptionist desks were friendly and professional. I was checked in and called in within minutes of my scheduled appointment. Dr. Browning was great as was his assistant! Dr. Browning took his time explaining the options available to me. At this time, I do not have to return but if I did, I would have no problem doing so. This office was very well organized!!!

I had a squamous cell cancer taken off my arm. All staff were very supportive and encouraging. I just had my 6 month check up...everything looks good. Amanda was warm and friendly. I would like to encourage others to visit this dermatology center for their skin concerns. Don't be afraid, They will guide you thru.

Love it here! Been going for over a year now and I have seen so much improvement in my skin. Start is friendly and the office is clean, nice, and you don’t have to wait for too long. I will keep coming here!

For being a new patient, who went in with a skin concern I thought the doctor would at least assess my skin. I went and and she talked to me about my skin without even looking at it. I had shared a pic of a flare up, and that is what she made her assessment over. What a horrible first time patient experience. I only went there because it was close to home. Take a drive to a more engaging doctor and don't waste your time with this office!

Genuinely wanted to fix my acne I’ve had since I was a teen, but felt like I wasted my $40 bucks and time. All the PA did was prescribe me a cream you could simply buy over the counter and to top it off I’ve tried this cream in the past and it hasn’t worked for me. Definitely felt dismissed and unheard as a patient. Update: I am changing my 1 star to 5 stars. The PA reached out to me and listened to my concerns, she prescribed me a different medication to take for my acne. Thank you guys for reaching out to me.

Siempre tengo miedo a ir a las oficinas médicas por la razón de no entender perfectamente el inglés y que me atiendan mal como me ha pasado en otros médicos. Pase solo para preguntar algo y la muchacha fue tan linda conmigo hasta me dió los formatos para que el día de mi cita no demorará completando los. El día de mi cita fue mucho más agradable con la de recepción, todo fue súper rápido, la Dra. Salinas, súper atenta y explica en detalles todo. De verdad que me sentí relax. No cambien nunca me encantó este lugar.
