This office is exceptional. All staff, from receptionist to providers are wonderful. They are detailed and very thorough. They have open house events, promotional offers, and multiple locations for added convenience. Product selection also great. Vanessa has been my hair removal specialist at Alamo Heights, she is wonderful.

Surgeon Keltz and the team i worked with helped lower my anxiety during a cyst removal on my face. They were attentive, encouraging, funny when needed and appropriate and even played some calming nighttime sounds like crickets and cicadas which was very soothing. The incision a week later is almost non existent. Since our faces are the first thing people see when they come face to face with us, I was very afraid that I would be scarred and my face would be changed forever. I see now that the worry was not so necessary. Thanks to the whole crew at Texas Derm! I appreciate yall very very much!

Vanessa was my medical esthetician and her customer service and knowledge were exceptional! She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything to ensure your comfort before starting the treatment. She also educates you on the process along the way. She is incredibly kind and smart and made me feel at ease pre treatment, during treatment and post treatment! I had my Halo treatment on 05/03 with Holly Cusimano, Lead Esthetician. Holly is a real professional, explaining every step of the procedure which alleviated my apprehensions. She made me comfortable by draping a blanket over me and handed a small fan to use after the procedure. The room was well lit and very clean, and all staff seem knowledgeable. Vanessa Solis who applied the numbing cream did a good job in laying on a generous amount of the topical anesthesia, hence I did not feel any pain at all. Holly provided a thorough instruction before and after treatment. I was prepared for the procedure and was more prepared on how to handle the post treatment. My face is healing very well, thanks to Holly and the fantastic staff at Texas Dermatology.

Dr Mary Ramirez , recently removed lipomas and she cause nerve demage pain and numbness to my arm for a simple lipoma I had over 40 taking out by other Dr PLEASE DO NOT get Dr. Ramirez do any type of incision for you very unexperienced at her job. I been calling clinic and they are not doing nothing about no I have to find a neurologist for a more serious surgery cause by Dr Ramirez.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Texas Dermatology Med Spa.. About 3 years ago I found this place on google. It seemed promising so I bought the package of 6 sessions for the half-face laser hair removal for roughly $600. This included my cheeks, chin and jawbone. At the time I had some peach fuzz on my throat area, but nothing that really bothered me. I’m not sure why, but during one of my sessions the tech shaved my throat area. I thought she was going to treat that area as a little add on or something, but she didn’t… she just shaved it! This was so upsetting because 1. I didn’t ask her to do that 2. That area wasn’t even included in the package that I got and 3. That hair ended up growing back thick and coarse causing me to need additional treatment to that area 🤦🏻‍♀️ after this happened, I stopped seeing that tech and requested to see someone else. Over the course of time that I was treated there, I saw 3 different techs and one thing they all had in common was that none of them did thorough work. I would be in and out of my appointments in about 7 minutes. They didn’t make sure to cover the entire area that I had paid for. They would hit like 5 or 6 spots and send me on my way. It felt off to me, but I figured they knew what they were doing and I didn’t have enough experience with laser hair removal to know what would have been appropriate. Sadly, it wasn’t until I sought treatment elsewhere that I realized the lousy and over-priced work that I was getting here. I now pay 1/3 of the price that I paid at at Texas Dermatology and get very thorough work done by a tech who is not shaving parts of my body I didn’t ask for and causing me to need additional treatment.

Everything was great. 2 areas to improve. Receptionist could be a little friendlier. More thorough bandaging. 1 bandaid didn't do the trick after having a mole removed. 10 minutes after leaving, I was bleeding profusely. Dr. RAMIREZ was awesome and so were her staff/students.

Holly is amazing! Got some skin tags that have been bothering me for years removed and my only complaint is that I didn’t come to her sooner. Painless, quick, and easy. Great bedside manner too. Would definitely recommend.
