3 of us purchased a Groupon each to try this place out for my birthday. The lady trying to check us in was very rude and checked one of the Groupons as redeemed but then wouldn't honor the service and was arguing that the voucher had been redeemed before we came in and that i had been there previously. I had never been to this establishment and after this experience I will never go back. We left without even receiving the services we paid for. Very dishonest people in my opinion.

AVOID!!!!! I bought a Groupon as a gift for Christmas here. IT HAS ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED. I called the store and they gave me some BS about how it was used. I HAVE NOT EVEN SENT IT TO MY BOSS YET!!!!!! They refuse to refund me and have taken my money. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Amazing experience, friendly staff and took us in without an appointment. With the stress of being a college student and life itself this is exactly what I needed. Will visit again very soon!

I purchased a Groupon and it was marked as redeemed about 15 minutes after purchase. I have never been to this business. I have requested a refund and they're pretending I used the voucher - despite me being in Vegas at a conference. I wouldn't recommend this business - very shady business practices. RESPONSE: Merchants can actually see all purchased vouchers on your backend dashboard and mark them redeemed. This was confirmed to me from Groupon. You can see every voucher purchased, the purchaser, and mark them redeemed. Feel free to pull whatever video footage you want - I've never been there and I have both my hotel and flight receipts from October 30th - I was 1000 miles away. Your business is shady. I have contacted Groupon and you've pretended I used the Groupon, of course, because you can't tell them that you marked it used without giving the service.

Very friendly environment and the massage was amazing. I was not disappointed and my body feels free. As a college student I really needed this. I will be coming back!

My kid was talking mild only and she stopped just with in 5 minutes and didn't return the money. I wouldn't go here again. Very poor customer service.

Highly recommend!! I'm so glad I found this place, I've been having back and shoulder pain for months due to my hard work and I've been to many massage places but nothing has helped. Wendy helped me relieve the pain points accurately!! I feel more relaxed than ever before, definitely will be back!

Wendy is a great masseuse. Is she a doctor? She knew my pain points quickly and healed my arms and shoulders... worth a try. Highly recommended

Don't book online!! It seems their online system don't match their actual schedule. I booked a 60 min reflexology service. When I arrived I was asked if it was ok for one person to start my service and half through another person finish due to another appt. I was pressured to add on a head and neck massage, once I finally agreed and was told about the price increase.....what wasn't mentioned is that they were only going to change my 60 min service to a 30 min service. The actual massage was fine but make sure you are clear on the services you want. Very disappointing.

Coco is absolutely the best! I have some pretty bad shoulder issues that I haven't been able to solve, in constant pain, couldn't sleep... just miserable. I've had two sessions and I am sleeping through the night, and have more movement in my shoulder than I've had in years! I'm going to stick with Coco, she really knows her stuff, and I appreciate her dedication to helping solve my problems. When I get this shoulder under control, I'm going to go back with my wife and do a couples gig! Can't wait.

I was lucky and found this location while visiting Kansas City. They were able to see me as a walk in and the massage was wonderful. I ended up extending my 30 minute massage to an hour. I highly recommend their services.

New location and clean comfortable store. For over many years through many areas CoCo and Sam has provide excellent foot massage. They know the trigger points to relieve pain.
