I usually don’t do things like this however I am beyond irritated by the horrible customer service and flat out disregard that these new “stylists” have. A friend recommended this stylist to me, and very hesitantly, I booked an appointment with “Carmen Michelle Customs” weeks ago just for her to send a text an hour before the appointment to say “I have to cancel I’m sick”. It’s completely understandable to be sick however, there was no “I can reschedule you for this date/I’m available tomorrow”. This would’ve normally been expected but in this case I paid for a consultation with this person prior to this appointment. Now I have to pay a different stylist another consultation fee just to risk them unprofessionally canceling. Furthermore, this lady’s communication is horrible she does not respond to communication attempts. Maybe this person just wasn’t interested in serving us which is totally fine but please do not waste my time and money. Just completely disgusted.

Its my opinion that a good business tries to fix when a customer is not pleased with a service. I left a review on FB that I was not pleased and I received a phone call about the review, but the only reason for the phone call was, in my opinion, to tell me my thoughts were not valid. Not oncewas I asked how can this be made better, I'll fix it at my next available? orrr I'd even take a my apologies. I was sooo looking forward to that appointment. I do not recommend this place at all!!

Haircuts nice facility nice and the staff is great. Dave the owner very good guy and has good work to show for himself schedule him ASAP if you looking for a barber.

Stylists can do a wide range of styles from braids, crochet, weave, short cuts, natural styles, etc and haircuts are supreme one of the best my son has ever had.. hands down.
