My stylist is amazing!!!! From day one she has been nothing but professional. She is very skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to hair. She has been doing my microlinks for a while now. I trust her with my hair! She works with my schedule....she is compassionate....courteous....and caters to the specific needs of her clients. I am forever grateful for her and her craft!!!

I had the stylist Tasharra. I had a consultation, trim and a "curl definition style". I was dissatisfied with my end result because I basically left with what I walked in with which was a ginormous fro. However my hair smells amazing and is softer. In addition she used edge effect on my edges which I know leaves a white residue on my hair if not diligently smoothed on my hair. She said she's never had that before when she uses it on other clients attempted to convince me I had a different level of hold edge effect. So she puts it up there and now I have white residue on my edges. Next thing is the pricing. I was charged 70$ for the "style", trim, and detangling brush she suggested I get. She deducted the 30$ consultation fee from my overall amount. Personally I feel thats really expensive for a style I was unsatisfied with. I did express my unsatifaction to the stylist but nothing was done about it or even acknowledged.

It was my first time getting a service done here and I only got a trim but she was super clean and took her time to make sure my hair was good! Both of the girls there are super sweet!!

I always have a good experience when I go to tHAIRapy salon. Tasharra is so nice & knowledgeable. She continues to take classes & do workshops that benefit her and her clients. I also appreciate that she can tell me what to put into my body (foods, vitamins etc.) to keep my hair healthy

I love Tasharra and the professional services offered at Thairapy! I enjoy the fact that I can book my appointment online and the times are convenient for my unpredictable full-time career schedule. Appointment length times posted through the online site are accurate as she works to make sure that you’re in and out of the salon and it’s done in excellence. Tasharra cares not only about your hair but, also about you as her client and, it shines through in every visit. I drive from Clayton every two weeks for the experience and fellowship.

I love the atmosphere in this salon. It's always quiet and relaxing. The owner/stylist makes you feel at home while being professional. She has a great knowledge base and caters to every type of hair. She continually educates herself on new techniques that will improve the quality of your hair as well as how to maintain it. Tasharra has been my stylist for 7+ years. Even though I've moved 45 minutes away, I still keep my standing appointment. She listens to what I want done to my hair and makes recommendations on how to keep mine and my daughter's hair healthy!! Always a good experience!

They was listed as a location where I could pick up my merchandise that I had ordered from "Wish".... I only 📞 once...and left a voicemail.....the items was due in December 28th...so I decided to wait till January 1st... I admit it was round the 5th or so🙄...anyway....I Didn't receive a return call from anyone..so...I just said forget it..so therefore I give them 1 🌟 ....But.....Since then "Wish" has refunded my 💰and I'm as 😊 as can be....
