This place is quite simply THAT MED SPA!! I started developing really intense and stubborn acne in my 30s. I didn’t have much trouble at all as a teen, annoying I know, but Elise has made a WORLD of a difference!! I had tried EVERYTHING. Expensive hydrafacials, which I’m learning is not AS effective for the type of skin issues I have. Thank you Elise!! Products that were 100$+ per bottle. Supplements galore. I mean EVERYTHING!! Nothing worked and kept working. I was scrolling one night and came across THAT Med Spa, I took a look at the website and saw the packages. HOOK LINE AND SINKER. Their packages are incomparable!! I knew that if my first experience here was anything like I’d hope it would be I would be able to keep up the work because they are SO affordable!! I had my first service with Elise and LOVED her!! Her knowledge. Her pep talks about the frustrations of stubborn acne, as she deals with the same things. Her eye for detail and her skincare coaching and product knowledge is simply top tier!! The results I have experienced have been incredible. I have received more compliments about my skin than I have in my entire life, in the last 6 months. I love spreading the word about this wonderful place because they have positively impacted my day to day life so greatly!! If you’re on the fence, just go ahead and canon ball into a skincare relationship with these beautiful, knowledgeable women!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I started acne treatments with TMS in November and after 3 months of personalized facials and routine, my skin looks better than it has in years. I turned to TMS after feeling like my derm was not cutting it. I tried to create a routine on my own. I’d tried it all. I trusted TMS, went all in with a membership, and they did not disappoint. Chloe and Elise are so sweet and really take their time in all they do. They will explain every step and process. They are meticulous with their work and provide a personalized level of care to their clients that is hard and rare to find, especially in Austin. Worth every penny and compared to other salons, their pricing is phenomenal.

The BEST hydro facial in Austin, Texas! Chloe is an amazing esthetician who I have gotten facials from for YEARS! Today was my first hydro facial and I am SO happy with my results!! 10/10 recommend going to THAT Med Spa 🥰❤️

You truly cannot beat the price of the facials and services offered at That Med Spa. Good luck trying to find a place in Austin who gives you top tier service, knowledgeable and caring estheticians, and use quality products under 100$ in Austin. Camrielle is a magician with my acne prone skin. I feel so glowy and beautiful thanks to her. She’s so knowledgeable and cares about you and helping you reach your skin care goals. Will definitely be back soon!!

I was Elise’s client before she opened That Med Spa and I will follow her anywhere—I can’t recommend her (and her colleagues here because they share the same philosophy) highly enough. A lot of people say they’re passionate about skincare but Elise truly walks the talk and wants to make this level of skincare more accessible. She’s always telling me about the latest research she’s read, she’s honest about when to invest in a product/where to save, and the membership is such a reasonable price. And of course, my facials are always relaxing and pampering and I leave with glowing skin. Five stars!

Love how the fine lines around my eyes magically disappearing each week with the eye serum . My skin is becoming clearer after a few sessions in conjunction with home care with only 3 products. The team is always willing to answer questions and work toward my over all goal of being makeup free for the summer.

OMG Chloe is literally the best esthetician i've ever had! I will literally follow her anywhere she goes! I had been battling acne for what felt like forever, and I was starting to lose hope. But then I found THAT Med Spa in Austin, and more specifically, Elise. Let me tell you, she was a game-changer! From the first appointment, Elise made me feel like I was in good hands. She really listened to my concerns and came up with a personalized plan to tackle my stubborn acne. The whole vibe at the spa is super chill and modern, and everyone on the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Elise is seriously a skin wizard! She's super knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing during my treatments, which really put me at ease. And let me tell you, the products she recommended have been working wonders for my skin. Honestly, thanks to Elise and THAT Med Spa, my skin has done a complete 180. I love love love THAT Med Spa! I got a customized facial with an extraction from Elise and left with my face glowing and feeling so refreshed. I got skincare recommendations that have already started to clear my acne. I will definitely be joining their clear skin club to continue acne treatment facials! I was absolutely SPOILED today by Elise! She was not only very knowledgeable, but very gentle and accommodating to me. I felt very welcomed from the moment I stepped in and left feeling like a million bucks. I have had other facials previously but always felt like I still had black heads and gunk in my skin. Elise was very thorough and efficient. The membership was a no brainer when I saw my glowing skin at the end of the service and I cannot wait to go in for my next appointment!

I’m so impressed with Elise and Chloe’s business ethic and their customized offerings for every skin concern (from acne to mature skin and everything in between). They are educated skin gurus who know the science behind all their treatments and product recommendations. I’m the kind of girl who wants to embrace aging gracefully while still trying to look my best. My esthetician, Elise, respects my wishes for non-invasive treatments and recommends the best options for me. I love both the Hydrafacial treatments and the microneedling. Would definitely recommend these services if you have concerns with signs of aging and want a more youthful, radiant appearance. Elise sends me home with step by step aftercare instructions plus a daily routine to adopt for consistent results between appointments. She analyzed my skincare product lineup and recommended which products to keep and which to replace with alternatives that would be more effective. She also explained to me that “more is not more” when it comes to slathering products on your face! Their new medically licensed spa is a wonderful place to relax and be pampered. 10/10 recommend THAT Med Spa!

I had a wonderful experience today after having my first Hydra-Facial. Chloe and Elise are incredibly friendly and professional, and they made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire visit. Elise was helpful and knowledgeable, she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly while doing my facial. I would highly recommend THAT Med Spa to anyone looking for a quality esthetician. Left with some new products that I’m excited to try and signed up for their skin care club to save deals on monthly treatments. So worth it!!!

I’ve been seeing Elise since probably around 2019 after jumping from one esthetician to another. What I truly love about being under Elise’s care and what really sets her apart from others is that she recognizes skincare is individualized — not just from one season to another, but from person to person. She knows her clients are unique in their own way, celebrates that uniqueness, and tailors their skin care plan individually. She continuously improves her knowledge in the skincare industry, creating partnerships with products that align with her values as an esthetician. I know I can come to her and tell her my skin is feeling dry or too oily and she will get me out of there with my skin feeling LOVED. Elise creates a safe and open environment for her clients where the best results are her top priority. There are so many amazing things I have to say about Chloe. If you want to get a facial and not feel guilty or embarrassed about neglecting your skin, she gets it. Going to Chloe is like my monthly therapy, I swear! She is the most understanding, easiest to talk to, humble human being to walk this Earth. The first time I saw her she asked what my skin care routine was and I laughed and said “what routine?”. She understands that I take care of a gaggle of kids daily and that I don’t want to be on my feet at the end of the night. Not once has she made me feel bad about it. She encourages routine not just to take care of your skin, but because she wants to know that you’re taking care of YOU and not just everyone else in your life. She’s also not trying to sell you A)products that are overpriced or B) products that you don’t need. She recommends products that she believes will work for you and your budget. With that being said, sometimes if you want to get healthier skin you may have to spend a little more on better quality products. I haven’t done a complete overhaul but I’ve added a few products when my budget allows and I’ve seen great results. You won’t be disappointed when you’re in her hands, literally!
