I’m new in town and decided to come to Aesthetic Lounge based on the great reviews. Needless to say I had the best Brazilian wax ever! Colleen made me feel incredibly comfortable during the entire thing and we talked throughout. She took her time and made sure she got everything. 10/10 RECOMMEND💛

Being in a comfortable, safe, non judgemental space with comfortable people is important to me with any service I book anywhere and the Aesthetic Lounge definitely checks those boxes. Kamden is the BEST at what she does and I love that this shop takes training and certifications for their services so seriously. Won't go anywhere else

The Aesthetic Lounge is clean, comfortable, and the only place I would recommend to get a wax. It’s like going somewhere for something that could be painful, but feeling comfortable and at ease knowing you’re in great hands! They are quick, efficient and gentle, while getting the job done and leaving nothing behind! Say good bye to shaving and razor burn ✌🏼

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been going here for 2 years now and always enjoy coming! The waxers are super transparent, which is a rarity, along with always making sure I am comfortable. All rooms an incredibly clean, which is always a plus! These girls have made the whole waxing experience 1,000x better. I am so glad that I found such a reliable place in Lexington!

I have been coming to be waxed for a little over a year now here and I can’t imagine going somewhere else - I see Kamden regularly and have nothing but good things to say about her. She’s kind, funny, quick, makes it as painless as possible, and so many other things. She remembers details about my life & truly CARES about her clients. Even the times I’ve interacted with Colleen (the other owner/waxer) she also has been so bubbly & kind. Not to be dramatic, but this place has given me so much confidence with my body. Not having to worry about hair or bumps or shaving in the shower for half an hour every other day has been AMAZING! These ladies are the best. I have been to Kamden more times than I can count and absolutely LOVE the girls here and the atmosphere. I am a plus size girlie and have always felt comfortable and secure in their care. I used to love coming to this place came for over a year then for some reason the owner kept canceling on me claiming that she was sick. Turns out that she banned me from coming! I am unable to make appointments turns out it wasn’t the system. I had to use a fake number and my work email to make an appointment. I knew I wasn’t crazy and that the system worked. This is very unprofessional!

I’ve been getting waxed by Kamden since I was about 8 months postpartum and my daughter is now 3! Since the very beginning Kamden has been nothing but kind, welcoming, and professional. I recommend her and her salon every chance I get!

Kamden was super personable & talked me through every step of the process, asked all the questions she needed to ensure I would be happy with the results & OF COURSE I was! i cannot say enough great things about the aesthetic lounge, and kamden. the environment is always comfortable and safe. you will always be given their full attention and respect. as far as my personal experience with kamden as the wax professional who does my braziilians, she is thorough and teaches everyone about their bodies and wax/aftercare products will help the most. she continually educates herself outside of the studio to stay up to date on the best practices. kamden has never once made me feel like my visit was a burden or rushed, and always offers transparency when needing to reschedule (even when she doesn’t have to). she will always make you feel safe and confident in your body and you will leave feeling beyond beautiful. the aesthetic lounge always offers a safe space, and it’s very clearly labeled so on the front door! the aesthetic lounge goes far beyond their services. they are healing a lot of ppl without even realizing it. 🫂🫂🫂
