I had an amazing first experience. And a horrible second experience here. When I called to prepay for my filler, I was told I could use the entire syringe When i get to my appointment, Sam was annoyed that I wanted to use it. And told me “you’re paying for the lips. Not the syringe” My top lip is still bigger on the right side, and when I pointed that out she said “I’ll add more if that’ll make you happy” and added more to the side that was fuller. I still have filler left over and she told me “we don’t hold filler, we toss it” even though my first syringe was held for two weeks. I have friends that went here and the clinic kept their remaining filler for MONTHS. The difference is obvious to the point people point it out at work. It doesn’t matter if someone’s paying $350 or $700 for the syringe. If they want to use the entire syringe; they should be able to. Since I’m again, paying for a FULL syringe. Not “lips”. It was just very disappointing and I felt rushed this time compared to my first visit. The office manager called me and swore he would make this right, come in and they’d fix it. I went in, Todd dissolved some of my lip. Told me to come back in a week. I go in, I was promised another syringe, by Kirk. Todd told me he would charge me to fix my lips, so this was a wasted trip. Even though Kirk and I personally spoke while I was out of town and he told me this wouldn’t cost me anything to fix Sam’s mistake. (Saw Todd this visit because I didn’t want to see Sam again after her attitude. And this visit wasn’t better, she walked into the room while Todd was talking to me, grabbed something, rolled her eyes and walked out.

I had to pay an extra $155 to use the rest of my full syringe, that I paid for. I paid for 1 whole syringe of Juvaderm filler, doc wanted me to schedule another appointment to put the rest in my lips 2 weeks later, had to pay extra to even use it. Money grab.

Have been going to Dr. Howell for several years now for hormone replacement, fillers and brotox, the newest technology in body sculpting and even supplements! Doc is amazing at what he does! Definitely the best in town and 2nd to NONE!! I have never felt or looked better!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! Such an amazing and knowledgeable group of professionals. I see Sam for my lips and she always goes above and beyond. Everyone there LISTENS to you and is more than happy to sit with you and answer your questions. They aren’t intimidating like some other places that want to push you for more and more. They truly just want to make you feel beautiful in your own skin & are willing to work with you!

I was a customer of their clinic, but am no longer due to the racist and misogynistic views of the owner, Kirk Kepper, who thinks it’s appropriate to use the term, DEI, (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) in a derogatory manner and describing it as Didn’t Earn It when it relates to Vice President Kamala Harris. His views are offensive to me as a black individual and to women because black and brown people and women have to work twice as hard for the same opportunity. I will no longer give business or refer business to this clinic again. There are far more deserving places at a fraction of the price! He can definitely use DEI training because he operates a large practice with little diversity in his staff.

I've been getting masseter botox and lip fillers here for the last two years! I previously went somewhere else for Botox and did not receive anywhere near the experience I received this clinic! Incredible prices, and customer service, and the constantly do great promotions through out the year. I've never felt more welcome and comfortable. They truly make you feel at home, constantly recommend the Anti-Aging Clinic to all my friends and family!!

I have been getting my lips done for a few years now and have never truly been satisfied before. I am also probably the pickiest person in the world. I recently got my lips done by Dr. Howell and I am OBSESSED!! So plump but also look SO natural. I drive about 2 hours to see him and will always be happy to take that drive. I also did not use a numbing agent and felt just about nothing. 100000/10 recommend. They are the best of the best.

I recommend this clinic to everyone who is looking for great results! I receive many compliments for my lips and I feel I always have great results with my Botox. I always feel safe that I’m in great hands. I trust that Dr. Howell will do a great job every time, the results never disappoint! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I have had Botox done with many other injectors before but have never been pleased with my outcome results. My eyebrows always turned out oneside higher than other or to heavy. When Dr Howell did mine I was speechless, it’s turned out exactly how I wanted it . I’ll be back again soon.

This place is beautiful but they lack morale and are not upfront. Although businesses have precautionary measures in place, I was rushed to the hospital the morning of my appointment. I was unable to breathe and was placed on a ventilator. Ended up having a seizure.Today a week after my hospital release, I see a charge of $125. On the morning of my appt with the little breath I had I wanted to at least give a heads up before ambulance arrived. It was an hour before they opened. I was told by Ariel that regardless of my medical emergency they still charge. I asked if I would have passed away, she stated it’s the Dr’s call but more than likely would still charge due to it being a no show. Her attitude was very nasty and condescending before I even gave details on my medical emergency. Not to mention my previous appt I didn’t even get to get all the services I booked due to the booking person scheduling my Botox consult prior to my facial. I arrived at 7 (took 5min to fill out paperwork) was not even seen until 7:30am. I did get the Botox but was disappointed because I mainly came for the facial that I wanted. I have heard negative things about this place but one referral that I trust talked me into going. Their morale is disgusting and in no way should anyone be charged for not being able to be coherent during an appointment. Regardless of their policy.
