I had an amazing experience here! Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment I stepped in. Danielle is clearly very experienced, and did a phenomenal job explaining the whole process. I felt very comfortable the entire time while she worked, and I am thrilled with my results! Highly recommend booking here!!

Not the professionalism that I expected. Being new to the med spa experiences. I made the appointment for the consultation to go over all the options I could choose for the appropriate solution and make my appointment for two weeks later for the procedure. I Arranged my schedule around that date and then the Friday late afternoon before the following Monday a.m. appointment I was told the appointment was canceled due to a mandatory meeting by the employee. Do you think they might have known that a week or so before, I tried to reschedule but she was not available for anything until the next month, I find it frustrating that I spent my time and energy to have an appointment cancelled at last minute. Now, I'll go and find another business that really wants my business.

I had such a great experience with Danielle doing my liquid rhinoplasty. She was extremely patient with me as I wanted a very specific result and worked with me to achieve that! Super, super happy with my new nose!

I have been going to Ashley for laser hair removal for a few months now and she is the best!! She is so sweet and attentive and walks you through everything she’s doing. I am so happy with my results so far and I am excited to keep returning! I also love getting my Salt Facials from Chloe, she is so wonderful and I always love chatting with her during our sessions. My skin has improved so much and I love the whole experience! Thank you, TAL team!!

Chloe is AMAZING! I have been getting facials every month since moving to the Raliegh area. I am very discerning about my skin/wellness; the Aesthetics team and services are simply the best! The pricing is wonderful. Everyone is personable, and the location is beautiful and inviting. You will not regret coming here!!

Every hour spent with Ashley is always such a joy (even when getting lasered lol). Ashley lightened a spot on my face with IPL/FRAX that even my dermatologist couldn’t figure out the cause/treatment. I’ve never once felt nervous for any of my treatments, to ask any questions or uncomfortable showing my insecurities. It’s difficult to find an aesthetic nurse/laser tech that not only cares about your results, but you personally & properly educating you. The spa is always clean, the ladies are always kind & they always make this TX transplant feel welcome :)

My experiences here have been fantastic. Ashley has been in charge of all my laser treatments and consistently makes me feel at ease with her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care. Our chats during the sessions are delightful—it's like having a friend perform the treatments. I also had a wonderfully relaxing facial with Chloe, who is lovely. Love that I can text for my appointments and they send reminder 48 hours before your session,

I can’t say enough good things about TALS. My experience has been fantastic every visit but this last one was above and beyond. My babysitter fell through and when I called, Chloe was so sweet and said it wasn’t a problem to bring them. Danielle was so accommodating, helpful and kind. The staff was not only accepting of my kids being there but they came in to entertain throughout my appointment. As far as the service, Danielle listened to my wants but also did what she felt was best as a professional and I can appreciate that. I’m thrilled with my results and love this place so much!!

Cannot recommend TALS enough! Chloe is amazing. I’ve had two signature facials and a salt facial done by her and I will continue to get more. It is truly such a relaxing experience and she is so sweet. Ashley is amazing as well. She did a frax for me and I was nervous about it but she kept me calm and the results have been great. Danielle is so great and really listens to your wants/needs. Truly everyone there is amazing. 10/10 recommend!

Update: I’ve been coming to TALS for almost 2 years now and I just love it so much! I just got a microneedling treatment by Chloe and it was amazing - she is so thorough and she made me feel so comfortable!! My results are already looking great (much better than a previous microneedling treatment I had done). Everyone here is just fantastic and so sweet. I love Ashley and Bri and am always excited to see them. Danielle still gives me the best tox outcomes. I legit refer all of my friends here and am so thankful for finding my “go to” medspa. 🥰 So glad I found this place! I recently moved here from Ohio and was looking for somewhere to get my Xeomin done, as well as some laser treatments. I work for an aesthetics company, so I know a lot about the type of experience and clinical knowledge that I want from my medspa and provider. I absolutely LOVE Danielle (owner/injector) and she gave me exactly what I wanted on my very first visit. She was so personable and fun, and I'm in love with my results.

I have been coming here for well over a year and truly have felt so welcomed and comfortable in this medspa since day 1! From the always so helpful and smiling front desk specialist (bri) my amazing all things lasers/saltfacials & just amazing human being (Ashley) to Danielle the owner & master injector who literally helped give me a jawline last year (who will also put you at such ease instantly and never judge-which is exactly what you want in an injector trust me) 10/10 recommend truly!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Ashley has done all my laser sessions. She has made me feel extremely comfortable. She’s extremely kind, caring and very thorough. I enjoy our chats during the sessions. I had a facial by Chloe. I accidentally booked the wrong service. She quickly rearranged the room and don’t make me feel bad at all for the mistake on my end. I was extremely grateful for this as I was going through an extremely tough time in my personal life at this time. I started tearing up during my facial but she proceeded with grace and gentleness which I appreciated very much. I like having the ability to text for appointments. I would highly recommend this med spa to all my friends!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! The second i walk in i am always greeted by Bri, who is the bomb, she always has a smile on her face and asks me how i am. As for the services, i love getting treated by Ashley. She is quite frankly the best. She is very knowledgeable about the products/treatments. She is so personable and really cares about her clients. The Salt Facial is to die for as well as the Neocutis products. Do yourself a favor and go book an appointment ! You will not regret it!!

Danielle is amazing. I always feel so comfortable walking in and confident walking out. She truly listens to your needs then leverages her expertise to produce the results you desire. I wish I could give Danielle higher than five stars. (Aesthetic Lounge and Spa is also beautiful and so well taken care of. They have thought of every detail.)

It’s been a year now since I’ve been going here for laser tattoo removal and I’ve never been dissatisfied with my services here. I’ve seen a significant difference in the tattoos I’m currently getting removed versus the tattoos I’m keeping. Most are almost gone! The receptionists are sweet and Vickie is great and pays attention to detail. I highly recommend this spa. 2/16/24 Just adding another review since I went to get a lash lift with Chloe(: she was super nice and explained the steps throughout so I knew where we were at with the lash lift. Anyways, I love the results, my lashes look lifted; it looks like I’m wearing mascara and it’s not too much like lash extensions tend to look on me. I love them and I had a great experience with Chloe, thank you Chloe!! <3

Simply outstanding. No doubt the best med spa in Raleigh in my opinion. I’ve been going there exclusively since they opened up their doors about 3 years ago. Highly professional aestheticians that genuinely care and make you feel relaxed and right at home as well as they have extensive experienced and trained by the best. The space is also light, slick and clean. Couldn’t be happier with them.
