Since moving to the Newnan area last summer, I was on the lookout for a fantastic salon for my skincare and eyelashes. I'm thrilled to say I've discovered a gem! Monica is an amazing aesthetic artist who offers fabulous eyelash services and the Aqua Head Massage Plus Facial. She’s not only super talented but also really kind and attentive. I got an aqua head massage and it was not worth the price. My tech was very rough- sharp nails scratched my scalp and pulled my hair. Nothing was communicated to me about what was being done or what products were being used. The neck and back massage left me extremely sore… and the head-pounding at the end gave me a headache. Edit - texted the owner to discuss as she asked. Photo attached. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the pedicure I got. The “Aqua head massage and facial” is over priced and not worth $140. They used cheap products and I walked out with oily hair. The “facial” stuff was also cheap and made my face burn and dried out. The facial was just the cheap face mask, so it wasn’t really a “facial”. They washed my hair for way too long with these bad products. The massage wasn’t relaxing to me. They literally hit my head at one point like karate chop that you’d do on someone’s back?? Very off putting. The steam part that is supposed to happen, I don’t think my thing was on properly and I don’t think it did anything. Most I’d pay is $50. If you’re gonna charge $140 for one person it better be some good products and a good massage. My mom and grandmother came with and agreed with me on all parts. Lots of money wasted. Pedicure was great and the gel is still on my toes weeks later.

Honestly one of my best experiences with beauty and spa services. They are the sweetest group of girls and very knowledgeable. I always leave feeling more relaxed than when I got there. The quality is always worth the money spent. They are just great with decorative nails and keep up to date with new techniques! It’s a very relaxed atmosphere so you don’t feel awkward or rushed! (Great for people with anxiety or ADHD) Very clean and well put together establishment.

Staffs were not so friendly and others were mean. I said hi and they didn’t even answer or look. Spa was fine but not worth a price. (I booked head spa service with ‘Annie’ and it was a different person. The person who did a Spa was pretty kind but she wasn’t good at shampooing and massaging the head and the environment, I’m talking about other staffs.)

I recently visited a salon for an Aqua Head Massage Plus Facial, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I sat down, things went downhill. The staff started by washing my hair, which seemed fine at first, until I realized they used the same water and suds from my hair to wash my face. This lack of hygiene and consideration for basic cleanliness standards was quite concerning. Moreover, despite being told that a facial was included in the service, it felt nothing like the luxurious facial experiences I've had before. Instead, it felt rushed and lackluster, leaving me feeling unsatisfied, face dry and unattended to. Throughout the process, I repeatedly had water dripping into my eyes, making the experience uncomfortable and irritating. It's basic salon etiquette to be careful and mindful of the customer's comfort, which was clearly lacking in this establishment. To top it all off, the blowout I received at the end was a disaster. My hair was barely dry, and the styling was haphazard and unprofessional. I have wavy hair that can be managed with a simple blow dry and some basic styling, but the end result looked messy and unkempt. Considering the subpar service I received, the exorbitant price of $140 was completely unjustified. This was a waste of both my time and money, and I can confidently say that I will never be returning to this salon. The overall experience was far below my expectations, and I would caution others against spending their hard-earned money at this establishment.

Kelly did an amazing job! I’ve never experienced a more relaxing spa treatment. After losing my hair during cancer treatment and then a second time as a side effect of anesthesia, my hair needed some TLC and the Aqua hair experience was just the ticket. Thanks for taking such good care of me. I will be back!

My wife got me a gift certificate at this Spa. She booked an Aqua Head Spa for me to try with hope this service will help me with some recent headaches. it sure did. Nataliia is the Technician that took care of me and her acupressure scalp massage skill is awesome. The neck and shoulder massage was a great bonus. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing relaxation or relief from stress induced headaches.

Thank you Kelly for giving me such an amazing aqua head spa . I have never had such a relaxation and ambient spa service like this. I walked out feeling wonderful. My hair done nicely . $25 extra is worthy for a blow out . I feel beautiful. you absolutely helped me to release my stress. I never have my hair wash and facial at the same time and this is absolutely great that I benefit both. The acupressure massage scalp neck shoulder face was just blown me away. Oh and the botanical hair treatment that helps my hair grow stronger and healthier.. amazing. I highly recommend this to everyone. Such a great xperience . Definitely come back many more

I cannot say enough about my experience here. My sister and I booked a last minute Head Spa. It was the most unique and relaxing experience I’ve ever had at a spa. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed. Our providers were amazing and made sure we felt pampered. The owner Anna, was so communicative and knowledgeable about the services. OK, yall, my mom and I went there this past Wednesday........omjesus AMAZING is NOT a great enough word to describe how wonderful this place is. We had the best spa day ever. The head spa is TO DIE FOR!!!!! We live in Villa Rica and Temple, but it was completely worth the drive. The owner, Annie, is so sweet, and it has such an intimate vibe that is way more relaxing than a typical nail salon. 10/10 Highly recommend

This is the best spa I’ve been to around the area. Honestly, ever. I went to see Annie, the owner, for the Aqua Head and Facial with an added service of hair styling. This was hands down the most relaxing service I’ve ever had. Annie was so kind and professional and we had a lovely conversation while she did my hair. The whole experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I can’t wait to go back! ❤️

Went with my girlfriend for a pedicure this afternoon. It was great that we had an appointment and NO wait or crowded and loud room. Quaint and specialized service that was both high quality and a pleasant experience overall. There was one small issue, but turned out to be great. One of the ladies had to leave to cover a hydro hair massage wash, which left only one person for the both of us. However, LYNN, was fantastic!! The best QUALITY pedicure I've ever received. I highly recommend that any of you go see Lynn at The Aesthetics Spa & Wellness for the best QUALITY pedicure you'll ever get. She is both amazing and pleasant. Thank you Lynn!

When there differents time with girl for our girls out day we got pedi-mani,eyebrows and facial... but my last experience was bad.with her new employee she dont have the experience and she dont know how to do the job correctly...Annie is great but my last service was not offer for her and I'm really disappointed. The I don't get what a paid for it..to bad the I don't ask my fiance first before a paid and tip..I did communicate with owner Annie and since Sept 21 I don't hear from her..to sad cause she's great and I was planning to get my face peeling and other treatments.. Sept 18-- Good morning..I forgot to text you yesterday when my fiance get home I'm gonna send you pic I thought the facial will be done by you... I don't think the ladies take the time to do he job correctly we got there by 1:50pm and by 2:05(2:10pm she was done. He's face don't look clean like I was expecting..and he got some scratches looking bad ...I know was a Groupon but I'm a good customer and paid good and tip..but unfortunately I was not happy with the job..I just telling you cause I don't want to put a bad review online.Sorry I just Wana tell you that..I forgot to text you yesterday on his birthday and we have plans..have a good day.
