The person that was there today was very rude and was not friendly at all! Very bad energy when I walked in. This was where I always come to get my eyebrows done but it will be the last one because of their service they lost a family of 6 that got services there!!

I’m so upset. I specifically told the lady that did my eyebrows that I did not want them thin. I even showed her a picture of how I wanted them. They came out supper thin. So disappointing!

Young girl did great job watching my legs booked an appointment for Brazilian and got a different girl. She did a horrible job. Broke my hair line , went over the same area already 3-4 times and went fast. Had to tell her to stop. It’s only been two weeks and need the service again because she broke my hair line and feels like I shaved 😠. Did not make me feel comfortable at all. Prices are decent but overall I do not recommend

I used to come here over a year ago but the lady who did my eyebrows would have a hard time focusing. She was trying to tend to her toddler while providing costumer service. I gave the place a break. Today I decided to give them another chance considering there’s someone new & I completely regret it! The lady was on a FaceTime call the entire time with a man. The phone was facing us and it was just so awkward. I went in for just a light clean up and walked out with two separate shaped eyebrows. So upsetting, won’t be returning for sure!

I have been coming for some time, and recently, the customer service has become rude and unwelcoming . Claiming need for appointments due to high volume of clients. There was no one there, and there was no signs or notice for appointments being required. Hope it changes because their technique is good.

I really appreciate the young lady that did my Brazilian today. She was very precise and so careful and delicate. Throughout the whole time she asked if I was okay and then let me know how to care for myself after the service. Thank you!

The girl in the afternoon is great. She gets it right every time. I get so disappointed when I see the other employee(the one who brings her kid) because she always messes me up or hurts me. I don’t mind the kid at all. I think it’s awesome the employer allows it and he’s no distraction, always well behaved. However the first time I got to be serviced by her, she burned my lip with the wax(I don’t have sensitive skin) she just went over the area again when it was visibly already raw from the first pass. The second time, I had spent a while growing out my brows and let her know please not to thin them out. To keep the shape I filled in but yet she still left them thinner. I was sooo disappointed. The final straw with her was my recent visit. She threaded my brows and did not leave them thin this time however immediately cut me with the thread. She rushes it so much. It was not busy there was no reason to. Luckily I did not do full face this time just brows, lips, and sideburns because I just know it would have been even worse. When she went to wax my sideburns, she got it all over my ear and earring (diamond studs) and then usually wherever I go when they pull the wax strip/hard wax, they immediately apply pressure to relieve some of the pain which she never does. When it was time to do the other side, she got wax on part of my hair that was not my sideburns but right above it so that removed a little chunk. The other girl honestly does a great job which is why I keep trying to give this local shop a chance but I just can’t keep chancing it. Also would like to add that I got a full body wax for a wedding back in October and that was the worst, most painful and unhygienic full body wax I have ever gotten. I never break out and immediately days after I had backne for the first time ever in my life. They double dip the sticks. Today I really payed attention and they use the same stick the full time for the person. Instead of getting a new one after each dip

The woman who did my eyebrows was very kind and professional. She did amazing on my eyebrows, I left very satisfied and I will definitely be returning here. This place will be my new spot to go to for eyebrows and etc.

I thought they were gonna be good because they have such good ratings, but I should of known better. As soon as I walked in the nice lady told me to sit down and she immediately started to work on my eyebrows and she didn't wash her hands before she started that was my first red flag. Then she messed up my brows, I had them thick and I walked out with 2 different eyebrows. It only took her like 1 minute. Then she put hot wax on my face and I have a burn mark on my face now. I got the face wax and I woke up with a bunch of bumps on my face!!! Then I got individual lashes and they were so caked on it was embarrassing to walk home. I got home and took the lashes off immediately. Worst $88.00 that I have ever spent.

I've been to this place couple times and let me tell you, you won't regret it. My first time, I had messed and uneven brows and the young lady fixed them so neatly, gave me advice as what to use to grow them fast. Was just there today and she did without a doubt a great job and even better she aligned them beautifully like I've not ever had them. Prices are great, no long lines or waiting time,, service is phenomenal and lots of free parking. I promise you that no regrets and like me you will always come back to great service.
