Had full highlights/bayalage mix with Dray on Thursay. My hair has been growing out for over a year, the entire top half was brown with mixed highlights on the bottom. With little direction beyond I want light blonde highlights I want to blend well for low maintenance she created exactly what I didn't know I needed. She did an amazing job. I love my color. In the pic you can't see the highlights on the top because of the shade in my car but the blonde blends incredibly well. I LOVE the color and on top of that, she was great to talk to, took her time, was very thorough and you can tell really took her time to make sure I was happy and getting what I wanted. For someone new back to the area lookig for a great stylist that doesn't charge outrageous prices, you can't go wrong. I'm incredibly appreciative for what she did. I love my new hair and will def be back soon for my hair cut and color when needed. Thanks again dray. Bonus she gives a sick head massage when getting shampooed, also fun to talk to and just overall cool person. She's def earned a returning customer and u highly recommend. See you soon :)

First-time client and I was a bit nervous only because I had been going to the same guy for years but he moved away. I was way overdue for a trim so I finally decided to try this salon since it’s close to my house and has good reviews. Genesis did not disappoint, I could tell she took great care and attention to cutting my hair and asked how I like my layers/styling. Will def be a repeat client.

I tried this salon based on the excellent reviews and was unfortunately disappointed with the outcome. Tiffani was my stylist for a balayage and cut. I’ve never had any one foil the ends of my hair—-didn’t think you were supposed to re-bleach already lightened hair—but this technique resulted in my mids being a dark ring around my head. The middle is darker than my ends and my crown which looks weird and unnatural. My hair cut is also very uneven. So disappointed and will never return.

Tiffani was great! I've never done anything to my hair before. She walked me through the process in detail and answered all my questions. I absolutely love how my hair came out and would highly recommend this place! Overall, great service and a very pleasant experience.

I saw my beautician 3x , 3 times she bleached my hair and at the end of all of this, never achieved my color that I wanted , a dark silver.....I will never use this salon again.

I took my granddaughter here from the recommendation of a friend. Tiffani was kind, soft spoken. She listened to Rai and the result was a beautiful style and color. Rai and I were VERY pleased.. I’ve been going to Brianna for 3 years. She’s so talented and wonderful with my hair. The salon is clean and cute and it’s really easy to make appointments. I’ve since left San Antonio and I still make the drive down to get my hair done here.

After many weeks of researching salons and stylists I made the choice to make an appointment with D'ray. I am so pleased with my decision! I have very thick, long hair so I was nervous I wouldn't find a stylist patient enough. D'ray was that and much more! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled! The salon itself is very clean and has an inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend and will be returning for any other hair services.

Where to begin!? I've met D'Ray at another hair salon and now she has her OWN! Which that tells you she is already awesome ! I believe she's been doing my hair since October 2018 and I've loved it every time I've gone with her. She will tell you what's BEST for your hair. You need to trust the process if you're trying to transition to blonde! She also recommended a shampoo (which all hairdressers do) but I'll be honest, I've never bought any of those because of price, but let me tell you about the Paul Mitchell shampoo! It's life changing!! And the way I thought about was, if I am spending over 100$ on my hair, why not TAKE CARE of it ! It was only 40$ and it comes with the shampoo, conditioner and a treatment after shower. Anyway, you should definitely give this salon and all the people in there a chance ! You will be in great hands!

I just had my second appointment with Amber. She is amazing. Amber takes her time, gives wonderful customer service, and puts her heart into every cut. A true artist. I will definitely be coming back to her for as long as I can and she built up a trust so strong that I will be coming back for color as well.

I was looking for hair salons that can do balayage for a reasonable price, and I came across the Art of color salon. At first I was scared because I never dyed my hair before. So I gave it a chance to come here and I’m glad I did. Brianna Solis was amazing. She really made me feel comfortable and also explained to me step-by-step what she was doing to my hair and what it does. Booking was also easy and they told me upfront how much everything would cost. The other employees there were also welcoming and kind. Great customer service here! definitely coming back.

Loved Amber! She did my cut and color, she was incredibly accommodating with my work schedule and super sweet about it all. She did an amazing job with my hair, having had highlights and dried out ends she was able to bring it to a brown with reddish/violet hue and the cut was perfect leaving my hair conditioned and feeling healthy.
