I am OBSESSED with my recent cut! I always get so nervous with bang cuts especially since I've been wanting a more shaggy look and I haven't had much luck with other stylists. Kari knocked it out of the park! I'm so so happy about bangs and my entire cut. She also is one entertaining lady! I enjoyed our conversations and will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Kari was able to cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I previously went to another salon and they barely touched it. I would definitely recommend The Bad Kittie if you're looking for a great stylist!

Been going to Lora for almost 3 years and I just love this salon. Very chill, down to earth vibes and I always leave relaxed and refreshed with amazing hair. The vintage jewelry and clothing is always worth a look too!

They were excellent and knowledgeable at both cutting curly hair and working with me to give a haircut I enjoyed, as well as recommending products for me to use! The salon was full of character and personality, but booking my first appointment and making an account online has been more challenging than it needs to be.

I waited 3 years to grow my Natural hair for hilights. I found Lora online an I called an she was very helpful. She did exactly what I wanted just like the picture. And her shop…her shop has the coolest aesthetic. Definitely book here to get you hair done!!! It was a wonderful experience…the vibes were amazing.

I went in for a vintage hair style for a 1940s ball. I was booked with the owner. I showed a photo of a style with victory rolls in the front and a chignon side bun. She told me the style was doable. She was struggling to get my victory rolls to work and we went over the allotted time. I ended up with all my hair pinned up to the top of my head and victory rolls that were completely flat against my head. I wanted to cry when she spun me around to show me. I still paid and tipped, but wish I had just done my hair myself. I ended up going home and taking my hair down to a half up style because it looked terrible all pinned to the top of my head and was NOTHING like the photo I showed. *In regards to you response you NEVER once said I did not have the appropriate hair texture for that style. You said you could so something similar. It was when you were working on my hair I told you someone had struggled in the past to get volume into my hair and you still said it wouldn't be a problem. The fact you would blatantly lie on a review says a lot about who you are. Your employees used mesh pieces to get volume into my friend's hair and get the victory rolls to hold. You did not.

after living in Denver for two years i figured it was time to find a stylist closer than Texas lol. i picked Bad Kittie bc i'd been in to buy product before, the owner (Lora) was helpful and friendly, i really liked the vibe of the salon, and the reviews overall looked good. i hadn't had a cut in almost 8 months! the climate here combined with my 'new' hair color (i.e. gray 😝) had made my hair pretty consistently dry and frizzy/flyaway (i mean i never dreamed i'd have to put oil IN my hair!) i showed Lora pictures of my previous style as well as a bit of a new look with bangs (basically a long, layered look)... and not gonna lie, she pretty much nailed it! i even sent pics to my old stylist in Austin today and he gave a big 👍 Lora was also very easy to talk to about some potential color/extensions i'm mulling over for an upcoming trip. all in all a very successful visit and happy (new) customer. i will be back!

Abigayle is the absolute best! She definitely knows how to do curly hair! The store is so quaint and absolutely beautiful inside. I love the vibe here and how comfortable I am and how I can feel like myself here. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible experience. My 15 year-old (goth/punk) daughter came in with a few photos of what she wanted, but her stylist (Miroslava, I believe) blew all our expectations out of the water. She spent time with her before cutting, really understanding what she was feeling. In the end, the style is absolute magic. Also, the salon is STUNNING. Tea sets, butterflies. Amazing. We won't go anywhere else.

I've been getting my hair cut by Lora at the Bad Kittie since 2007. I have been so happy with her cuts, color, and styles. She has a good vision of what would suit my face and style, and she always knows the latest trends. I have gotten pixie cuts, bobs, donated long hair, and everything in between. She is always happy to do touchups and bang trims when needed. I recommend her and her salon to all my friends. I would recommend her to you too! Also, the vibe in there is great. The little boutique items for sale are a great touch.

Lora did my hair and did a wonderful job! They were able to give me an asymmetrical style cut that flattered my haircolor and face and style. I had a great overall experience there! The inside is very soothing and service too. Lora is very kind and talented! I highly recommend!!

Visited four other salons trying to get a same day walk-in long haircut to no avail. Stopped here and the owner checked with Miroslava, who was able to squeeze me in. Miroslava did an exquisite job, was an excellent listener and all around awesome human, and left me feeling like a million bucks. Best haircut I've had in years and I will definitely be back!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and then she talked me through some ways of customizing the cut for my face shape and the body I was looking for. It turned out beautifully!!! I can't recommend her highly enough.

Went in on the wrong day for my appointment and Stephanie the rock star still took me in and trimmed my bangs on the spot. She listened to me and what I wanted and didn’t rush the process whatsoever. I appreciate the love and care that goes into this salon. I’ll be back again as soon as I need a haircut!!! 💜💜
