Had my first hair cut with Samantha recently. Chopped off about 4 to 5 inches and added layers to bring out my waves. It was a lovely experience. She is super easy to talk to and gave me the exact haircut I wanted. Highly recommend!

Maytee kept interrupting me when I described the cut I wanted. She insisted on giving a different cut. When I politely asked for her to cut my hair the way I was suggesting she disagreed and decided to cancel the haircut. She agreed to give a refund, but I learned later that she would only give a partial refund. So I paid half price for no service and missed out on part of my day. The experience is sort of unbelievable.

Tried to schedule an appointment and didn't get a response for a few days until I received a text asking me to send a picture of my hair and telling me they don't like to do the services I asked for which was one on their menu of choices, and it was just a color and basic color? I know for millennials a picture is a must to approve someone, but this is just rude and we know why people do it! I am a paying customer, I asked for an appointment, period. This isn't a dating app or a job interview. There are plenty of overpriced hairstylists in Sacramento to choose from, no thank you!
