Great experience! Love our hair & beard cuts! Staff is very skilled & accommodating. Took us 3 in even on a busy Sunday with a wedding the next day! The decor has coo vibel & has character! Cuts were reasonably priced considering its prime location in Danta Barbra. Very recommended!

Easily the best barbershop experience I’ve ever had. I had a walk in with Christopher, what a pro! Great haircut, cold beer and all around exceptional service. Will be coming back anytime I need a cut. Wish I could give 6 stars.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to recommend Christopher Wood to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a clean cut. He understood what I wanted from a few pictures and took time to make it look great. Been coming back ever since.

Great spot and great haircut- Jorge has a background in styling men's and women's hair and uses his experience to do fantastic work. I have always gone to a stylist in Montecito and I was a bit concerned about a standard barber, but Jorge gave me a great haircut, not too short but just as great as I was getting in Montecito for a great price. Could not be happier, will be sending my wife and kids here as well.

I am not an easy head to cut, but The Barber Shop did an outstanding job. I feel super fresh and rejuvenated from this cut. The service was great and the barber is highly skilled. Worth the money.

Very high quality service here. And they offer you a drink when you’re waiting which is a very cool touch. My wife and I both found that they don’t communicate quite as well about cost as would be ideal—we both ended up paying more than we were quoted for the services but they didn’t tell us there would be an extra charge for other things they did.

With a warm smile and hello from one of The Barbers, it's warm Aesthetics, and a complimentary beverage, you can't help but feel like family. Any one of The Barbers there are licensed, highly trained and professional and can accommodate any hairstyle of your choice. I know all this because I'm one of The Barbers. I don't recommend this shop! The cost of services is outrageous! Especially when the so called barber is unlicensed and not supposed to cutting under California barber laws and regulations. I was supposed to get a neck shave with my service and did not. They rushed me in and out. My issue was the service and was that the barber was UNLICENSED! Nina is not a licensed barber. Someone please report this establishment!

I'm consistently amazed by the quality of craftmanship, the result, and the feeling I have when I leave a session in Pete's chair. The atmosphere of this shop screams barbershop but Pete can make anyone feel right at home. Even a picky long haired blonde like me.

Moved here from Hawaii last year and stumbled into the barbershop. Met Barber Chris and completely went above and beyond anything I could’ve ever imagined gave me the sickest mullet possible. Been going back to him ever since. Not only is he my barber but my friend. Highly recommend Chris and the barber shop where good hair happens.

My review here is for Chris who works at the Barber Shop on State Street. He is kind, caring and energetic. He offers a complimentary touch up in between haircuts and cares for me emotionally, spiritually, and physically. He is an all around great person who has a great work ethic and I always look impeccable after leaving the shop. 10/10 review. Come to the barbershop and ask for Chris. You won’t be disappointed!
