I am new brand to halo therapy, which is why I'm so happy to have found Ashley and the Be Studio. Whenever I'm feeling sluggish from allergies, pressure, sick or just tired.. The experience is more than I expected. It is a room with a couple of salt walls, but there is an actual "thing" that dispenses a mist of hymalayan salt into the air. It is awesome and it feels wonderful! I felt like I could breath much deeper for days. There is also some kind of special music playing. If I were to try to explain it I couldn't. You'll see (better yet, hear) what I mean when you have your own session. Also, Ashley who runs the studio is a doll. She is kind and accommodating. The be studio was referred to me and now I am referring it to you. Just make an appointment and be ready to chill out and take it all in.
