Chris did a wonderful job cutting my hair, and did the best eyebrow wax with the least pain ever. I enjoyed the chill vibe and decor. It was a much needed relaxing experience, thank you Chris!

I swear to myself I would never have a salon or be one of those girls, but after deploying and my hair getting so messed up I decided to go in and get some advice. That was the best decision I have ever made. Liz has been doing my hair for almost three years now and it is the happiest I've been! I walked in with little direction and told her to just run with it and give me something new. I'm so happy I did! I hope I never lose Liz as a stylist because I'll cry my eyes out. She knows exactly what I want and kills it everytime. I'm hoping to get it colored here soon to add to the awesomeness!

Recieved a haircut here if i could give 0 stars i would, i asked for a low taper fade and a light trim off the top, now i have absolutely no hair to style with and my “fade” is just a buzzcut, highly do not recommend to any male to get a haircut here. Extremely displeased with the services, hairstyle didn’t even apologize despite knowing she messed up, and i still paid full price.

This was my first and only time going to this salon sadly. I was really drawn in by the name and saw all the good reviews and decided to give it a try. Although it is a clean salon, my hair (I am transitioning from brown to golden blonde) was poorly colored and toned, and the cut wasn't what I asked for. It also wasn't styled but she did a decent shampoo and was pretty quick at working with my hair because I have a lot and it is long. I was shell shocked when I was checking it out at the salon thinking maybe I was just overreacting because it wasn't what I'd asked, and was surprised when I checked out to pay $220 before tip for a bad color and cut. It looks almost like a 90's chuncky highlight vibe, which is not it. It's mixed between really bleached strands that did not get toner and areas that are a sandy color. They are much higher priced then my usual salon but still wanted to tip because stylists time is valuable. When I got home, I saw a couple horizontal lines of color. (I'm not even sure how that happened). Needless to say, I would not return to this salon and now have to make an emergency appointment to see if my usual salon can fix the hair and feel like I wasted $220+ dollars. UPDATE: The owner, Elizabeth, did contact me offering to look at my hair and wanted to see when I could come in the following day. I let her know I'd be available after X time which she responded she only had one time slot available. I let her know that the following two days were the only days I would have time as I do have an emergency appointment with my usual salon, and if they were able to correct the cut/ lines and color issues I wanted to be able to give them ample time of notice of no longer needing the appointment. I also confirmed with her I live about 20-25 minutes outside of town so unless they were confident they were able to correct this, I did not want to come back as I did not want to waste my gas and an hour of time for travel nor did I want to take up a spot for her if she had a client who may need that time. I ended up coming in to see if she would be able to address the patchy colors, the cut that was not done and the random horizontal lines left. Long story short, I left without ANY kind of apology for the lines in my hair or incorrect cut. She said word for word "why didn't you say anything about the lines in the hair before you left." It was about 5:00, dark outside and the ambiance in the shop is a darker vibe, so until I was at a well lit place, I did not see them. This is something she should have asked the stylist who dried my hair and would've seen these as she was working on my hair, who let me leave like that. She then tried to educate me on the patchy saying it is due to be going back and forth between dark and light, (I've had this done multiple times and have never left with horizontal lines, bleached areas and patchy work.) I addressed with her that if she would finish up the cut but wasn't certain she could correct the lines or patchy colors (ie tone the sections that are the stark light color), I felt like it was reasonable to refund me for only the color (not the tip nor the cut as the stylist did spend 2 hours on my hair) as it wasn't what was discussed, the horizontal lines are very noticeable in areas and I had to waste additional gas and time to be let down a second time by this salon. She began taking off the styling apron as we were speaking which indicated to me that she had zero intention of correcting the cut, the lines in my hair or color. While I empathize with standing with your stylist and their work, who was there while I was there and didn't acknowledge me in any way, this was extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't let anyone I know ever go to this salon. I provided the owner the exact picture of the cut and general golden color I gave her stylist, not once changing anything I'd discussed with her stylist during our consultation when I came back to meet with her...

Took a chance with them because they were one of the higher rated salons in Wichita. Reasonable priced and excellent work. I had Elizabeth cut my very long hair after going two years since my last cut. She did an amazing job. It has boosted my confidence and my hair is definitely lighter. She was very kind and easy to talk to. I’m excited to make this my new go to place. Thank you, Elizabeth!

This is the first time I've felt "at home" at a salon in four years. My mother who did hair (including mine) for decades is no longer able to. I found a salon that I felt was the right fit... but after two full foiling-s/two appointments... I left with hot roots, patchy color, and I was wildly dissatisfied. I booked with Lydia based on the recommendation of another client. Lydia did not disappoint. I truly enjoy "silent services"-- not that we didn't talk, but that I could just kick back and relax. When I asked Lydia, "Am I crazy for wanting to establish with another salon?" She very professionally said, "You have a lot going on, but it will be fixed." She could have raved about the "canvas" I gave her, but Lydia was professional and kind. Bruh, it's soooo hard to find "that person" to do your hair. The vibe has to be right, the technique/experience has to be right. The pricing needs to be clear and not outrageous...Lydia said I was in good hands, and she did that dang thing. I feel so much better that I have a consistent color-- no more botchy/calico hair. I've found my salon home in Wichita. 20/10 will be back, just for Gretel. 50/10 will be back for Lydia #GiveGretelGoodies
