I love going to Beauty Bar! I’m always greeted warmly, everyone is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. I love how the stylists communicate and help each other. I’ve been seeing my stylist, Kelsi, for years. She is very thorough in her consultations. I’ve had a variety of cuts and colors over the years, and she does a great job every time. I always leave happy with the results. My daughter also sees her. She needed a lot of color correction and she’s really picky with her hair. Kelsi has worked with her to restore her damaged hair to health. Kelsi is so knowledgeable about her craft, and explains everything well. My daughter won’t see anyone else for her hair! I recommend Kelsi all the time, and I have several friends who see her regularly and love her.

I've been going to The Beauty Bar for years now. Every single visit, without exception, has been top notch. They take their time and the environment is great. I always look forward to it. My stylist, Kelsi, is my favorite but I would trust any of these fabulous ladies. Once I found Kelsi at The Beauty Bar I've used no one else in El Paso. How can you improve on perfect......you can't!

One of my favorite salons. I love Kelsi especially for my shorter haircuts. She cuts a mean pixie and bob. I've recommend Kelsi to several other friends, and she's their new go-to hair stylist, too!

Definitely not a "luxury" salon. Not sure how they can claim that. Is it because they ask if you want water? By El Paso's standards, I guess this is luxury. The setup is weird. But besides that. I tried to explain to Kelsi what I wanted and asked for their color swatch for color choices. She insisted on a picture and got butt hurt when I didn't have a picture. So she tried to show me a picture she pulled up, and then she recommended the color swatch for me to look at. When we finally confirmed on colors. I asked her for 2 color highlights on top of grey coverage. After all that she came back with the color and was yanking hard on my hair, ridiculously hard. I have never had any stylist pull on my hair that hard that I pulled my head back. She didn't say anything about it, like oh I'm sorry was I pulling on your hair? Then when she washed off the color, she didn't put a towel around my neck and water ran down my back. Then she said oh, people's necks are so different that it happens. Not apologizing once. She also didn't cover my grey. As a 25-year experienced stylist, knowing grey hair takes longer to take color. Even I know that and I have ZERO years in hair color. She can't say it was a time crunch, cause she said that she had time..and accepted me as a late show. She offered to cover grey the following week but why should the customer be required or take time out of their schedule to make another visit to make something right that should have been done right the first visit? First impressions leave a lasting impression. She also asked me how I heard of this, and I said it mentions this salon as the news anchor stylist. She continued to tell me about conversations she had with a particular news anchor about her hair, which I won't mention for privacy as every person should have. Passive aggressive and physical abuse of customers should be zero tolerance. I spoke with the "manager" who said no refund/money back and only suggested that I go back. After what I experienced.....really? After the abuse I received. Sad. Women should lift other women, not abuse them by pulling on their hair hard or getting them wet just because I guess Kelsi's ego got bruised. Experienced stylists would make every customer happy.

Delilah for hair and Ashley for nails. Both are amazing at what they do. I feel welcomed, comfortable, and pampered the entire visit. Their work sets itself apart. Iv been Delilah’s client for the last 14 years and there is a reason. I always have the best experience and in customer service, that is a tall order these days. I love my appointment days. They are like a little getaway where I feel fresh and ready to take anything on when I leave. Thank you guys for making this mama look and feel her best!

I just saw Kelsi for my hair and Sarah for my nails and they both did an incredible job. Kelsi has great instincts with hair color and cut. Sarah was gentle and so attentive. Both ladies are so sweet.

Kelsi, Kelsi, Kelsi!!! She gave me a balayage and did an amazing job. She listens to what you want and puts her magic to work. I trust her with my hair and she is so funny that I love chatting with her, too.

The hairdresser was knowledgeable, pleasant, and did wonderful work with our hair! She was kind and efficient. My daughter and I both had our haircut at back to back appointments. It’s not possible to do this online unless you schedule the appointment further out. So, I called the salon to ask questions about a closer appointment for the two of us. The owner of the salon was exceptional in assisting us to get scheduled, we called on a Saturday. She went above and beyond in my books for answering her work phone and ensuring that we had the assistance we needed to make our appointments especially as first time customers. Parking is okay just be expected to possibly walk to the salon depending on where you park so leave plenty of time to figure that out since the salon is in an apartment/residential area that ALSO has shops in it. There is a barber shop, smoothie place, and a cafe near by! The salon itself is clean and a delight in its decor and setup with local merchandise for sale.

This is my first time going here for my hair. I had a haircut with Dana and she was so nice. My haircut and blowout came out phenomenal. I would def go back with Dana!

I would highly recommend this salon! Very clean! Friendly staff Lashawndra was my stylist and let me tell ya'll! She has a new client for life! I asked her to transform my hair from black to Red. She did and im in love with my hair! When i say red i mean Rihanna red hair! Then she cut it and im just so in love with my hair now!Thank you so very much for making me feel like me again Lashawndra!
