I got very lucky when I found her. Id spend 4 hours at a salon waiting to be seen and was on a verge of a mental breakdown. Nilijah came to my aide and was able to accommodate me last minute on a busy Saturday. Now i'm working with her to get my hair back to a healthy place. Thank you❤️❤️

I lucked out. Woke up on my 2nd 25th birthday and needed something different. So glad to have found Nilija. She reintroduced me to my own hair, and I am loving it. Color and a fresh cut goes a long way. Another new and satisfied customer. Great vibe. Great energy.

I recently visited for the first time, and I was extremely happy with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Nilijah. She was very attentive and helped me feel at ease with the Pixie cut I was getting. The haircut itself was executed with precision, and I left feeling confident and satisfied with the results. I absolutely L O V E this salon!! This was the first salon I came to after I made my transition to natural and not only was it an enjoyable experience but it was a learning experience! Nilijah and Orlando have educated me every single time about the beauty of having and caring for natural hair! I have had shampoo/conditioning, coloring, trim and silk press services from both Nilijah and Orlando and my hair 1) always looks bomb and 2) i always feel good about myself because they take so much care and the time to make sure you’re walking out better than you walked in. There is no better mother-son duo in hair, PERIOD!

Wow! My first time having my hair done professionally in years, and I’ll definitely be back! Orlando took the time to access the needs of my hair and treated it with such care and attention to detail. I’ve NEVER had a stylist be able to blow my 4c hair out this straight. 10 Stars for the Beauty Boutique. I found the Boutique online and went in for the first time and it was the best decision. Nilijah is a VIBE. First off, we talked the day before to confirm the look I was going for (I wanted long and I wanted a bang!). I booked an install and leave out. Nilijah was there on time when I arrived. And it was an experience. She washed my scalp, gave me a treatment, washed my hair and executedddd my look perfectly. She's so knowledgeable about hair care and I felt so comfortable in her hands.THIS BANG. My scalp feels great and I can't stop looking in the mirror. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. BEFORE AND AFTER PICS (I had a short cut before)

As a man I’ve never had my hair done professionally and I felt right at home. Very kind and efficient as well. I came in for some two strand twists and considering it was my first time I’ll be honest I had some doubts but ended up better than what I initially wanted!! I have been coming to The Beauty Boutique for the passed year and my hair has never looked as healthy as it looks now. Love the fact that top quality products are used and the service is very professional. So thankful I found this place. My hair was literally dead form going to the Dominicans but now I’m so happy to see healthy growing hair.

They need to change the time they are open or closed because I called many times and they never answer and I went there twice when it says they are open but of course they are not. Update :gave y’all the five stars you want . Still don’t change the fact that people will still come to a hair salon thinking it’s a hair salon not a appointment only hair salon. But good luck with this policy. “Give us a call” but doesn’t pick up…. Great service.

This was my first time at The Beauty Boutique. I searched for a new salon/stylist for a while and I kept coming back to The Beauty Boutique. I called and asked a few questions before scheduling. The person was professional and polite, they answered my questions with no problem. Scheduling was a breeze. Nilijah was amazing! I went there determined to get a semipermanent color and shampoo with a treatment. She went way above expectations and I always expect the best. What Nilijah did to my hair...the color was amazing. She did a color correction, she's a colorist. She picked the color, she then created the color. My hair looked so great at that point so I told her I now want the press and style. She was able accommodate me. She recommended a trim but I knew I needed a trim or at least I thought I might. My last stylist was not on top of my haircare like that so I always knew there was a possibility. Of course I got the trim. She washed my hair without tangling it. She took care of my itchy scalp. She talked about the things that help promote healthy hair. When she trimmed it I didn't cry on the inside because I looked so good on the outside. She pressed my hair and it didn't smell like burnt hair in the salon, my clothes and hair didn't smell like burnt hair. To be honest I do not think I have ever had that experience before. I have found my new salon and my new stylist, I am a very happy client! If it is your first time going to her and she doesn't know your hair she cannot make a recommendation That means that the service may change but that is only if you want to take the advice of the professional. Her prices seem fair to me. The question you have to ask yourself is, "what is healthy hair and great haircare worth to you?"

This year i wanted to start it off right! With a fresh silky and a trim! For years I’ve been trying to find someone that’s able to work with my hair, like understand!, and execute! And BABY! @_thebeautyboutique took care of me! Nilijah‘s first question was the ever so haunting “ You got a lot of hair?”, i said yes and to my surprise the response was “I GOTCHU!” After that- i was TAKEN CARE OF while being educated on how to take care of my hair and WHY! Which i appreciate! Might i mention the space is comforting and the conversations are fruitful! Knowing someone knows what they’re doing with your hair, just from the wash itself! I usually have a hard time with that too! But not today! No combing from the roots- that’s not how you work with my hair and she knew! THANK YOU! IM IN LOVE WITH MY HAIR! TBB consists of pure vibes with the most professional stylists. I left with my hair feeling soft, bouncy and as healthy as ever.
