Had a manicure, pedicure and lashes done. Paid my 20 dollars deposit fee and was still charged more than I should, it was never deducted and I still tipped them each. I didn’t even get a full pedicure because the girl said another customer was coming. I contacted them and they ended up blocking me. The lash was good btw, loved it.

Worst experience I booked two appointments one for my hair and one for my lash, and I had a 3pm appointment and at 2:30 the lady gonna message me she cancel but yet I can’t get my deposit I WILL REPORT YALL TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

I have been struggling with hair stylists & Lash techs that are not passionate with their art for many, many years. These ladies are amazing. The customer service at the Beauty Clinic is top tier, they are so attentive and the salon itself is just an experience. The best salon service in Orlando thus far 10/10✊🏽
