I love The Nail Butikk. I'm willing to drive from Newport News to Chesapeake just to get my nails done here. The owner, whom I've been going to for more than ten years, is very talented and has always made my nail dreams become reality while also respecting my sensory needs when working with me. She's cultivated a great team of nail techs who are also friendly and talented. Be sure to book your appointment online or call to book in advance as walk-ins are not really an option, but it is well worth it to get a quality manicure and/or pedicure done.

I've seen so much about this place on Instagram and Facebook and decided to treat myself for my birthday. I got the lavender luxe pedicure. It was a pretty standard service, my nail tech was good, although she seemed bored/distracted. No one even noticed when I arrived and then when she did walk by she said "do you have an appointment? At 10? Oh I thought it was 1030" so we started late. The chair was stuck in a weird position and so I'm sore afterwards. After all the great reviews and things I expected more. It's a pretty average spot to get your nails done. No one seemed particularly happy or even like they enjoyed their work. Good prices, good work. Probably won't go back though.

Probably the best manicure experience I have ever had. Very individualized attention and super friendly staff! I had Marisa and she was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My new nail place!

10/10 highly recommend! The shop is adorable, quiet and welcoming. Shana is the best nail tech ever! She is crazy talented and passionate about nail care. Not only are my nails beautiful with the craziest hand painted designs-they are high quality and flawless!

I’ve just started coming here to get my nails done, and it’s so cute! Shana is the absolute best. I’ve been going to her for years, and had to follow when she started here. She’s incredible with all the crazy ideas I have, and hand paints them on my dang on nails y’all. She’s not only my nail tech, she’s a friend, too!

Love this little place! The shop is quaint & decorated nicely. It’s located in the upstairs portion of the building, which I was confused about at first, but definitely no big deal. Shana has been doing my nails since 2021 and on the occasion I’ve gone elsewhere, I’ve learned why I go back to her every time. She is precise, takes her time, and provides much needed client education (this woman has saved my nails MANY times). A lot of people choose a nail salon/tech out of convenience… but Shana and The Nail Butikk are solid proof that quality over convenience is never a bad choice. 10/10 recommend.

The Nail Butikk is a very aesthetically pleasing nail shop with a relaxing vibe.I have been going to Shana for years. She is super talented. Her nail art and pedicures are unmatched. You can show her a picture once and she’ll do it better then the original or ask her to free style and she’ll knock your socks off. I get compliments on my nails so much it’s almost annoying lol. Shana takes her craft very seriously and is the ultimate professional. Book in advance unfortunately the secret is out ❤️

My husband and I just moved from Northern Virginia. My mother in-law recommended Sophie. I am the type of person that once I find a person that can provide excellent services, I will stay loyal to them. After 2 appointments with Sophie I have come to the conclusion that I have found my go-to nail boutique. They are professional, creative, and personable. The highlight of my last appointment was that they had offered me an apple juice when my throat got dry. That is going beyond great customer service, it's kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend them!
