Amazing & Very Professional! The owner actually cares about maintaining good hair care! Worth the travel if you are not local! Ambiance and Vibe of the salon is top tier! Great Staff as well! The Beauty Lounge is overall a Great experience where you always get your moneys worth!

I live in DC. And I will faithfully clear up a weekend every month to travel here to get my hair done. This the only place I go to for my natural hair and weaves unless I do my own hair. Everyone is very professional, sweet, AND my stylist (Satarra) actually cares about the health of my natural hair which is a big deal for me. I’ve been going here for almost a year and have yet to be disappointed with a service.

I love, love, love The Beauty Lounge! Satarra loves and enjoys what she does and what she does is hair. Her passion shows with every head she touches! The love and care she shows to her clients and their hair is so amazing. She installed a 360 frontal for me and made me look amazing for my oldest daughter's graduation. I love going to get my hair natural or extensions done at The beauty Lounge. This is where you should go to get taken care of and to enhance your beauty.

I really wanted to like this salon. It has a nice vibe atmosphere when you walk in. Stylist Mercedes promptly washed my hair and gave me a nice cup of wine. I sat for over 2 hours until being serviced. I was not satisfied with the final look of my closure sew in. Looks wiggy, knots not bleached.Stylist glued the front and left sides of closure open. Closure lifted less than 7 hours after my style.Also some black spots of glue. Other stylist seemed to be better. I would not recommend stylist. I have to now pay to fix.

Ingilee is AMAZING! Her work is some of the best I’ve ever seen and she’s truly meticulous with her attention to detail and making sure you are happy with everything. Above all that, she’s such a sweet and genuinely caring person - you will end up chatting like old friends :) I will be recommending her to everyone I know!

The Beauty Lounge is right on time and professional! The Covid 19 regulations are on point. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted with a smile and an temperature check! In these times, this was welcomed. The consultation about my hair and the bald spot was comforting and professionally done. I would highly recommend The Beauty Lounge.

This salon was recommended to me by my cousin and from the moment i walked in i felt like this was always my salon! the owner Satarra is so welcoming and informs you on what your hair care needs are and she gives you an individual regimen specifically for your hair. Beauty lounge save my life for my wedding my prior hairdresser do not do lace frontal‘s so the hairdresser that I did have my bridesmaids did not call back in time to book their appointments so beauty lounge save my life she made me look like a queen that I am and not only that I made an appointment with her and you know how busy it is to book a lease frontal We have to book 2 weeks prior so she booked me and I forgot about my appointment which she did do the confirmation call but I was out that night and forgot all about it and she still is still willing to do my hair with no problem some hairdressers get to the point where I think that if you don’t make your appointment they make you suffer but beauty lounge still there if we gave me just for apology and I have an appointment with her next week so I would just like to thank God for beauty lounge because she is so awesome not only awesome she’s a very hard worker the first time that you meet her she will become not your friends your family your sister she loves her clients and she treat everybody with respect so I Beauty lounge just because she she loves us she does not look at us as clients she looks as us as family and that’s all we need today is family it’s not about the money with her it’s about making us look beautiful she will stay there until she makes us look like beautiful queens so I love beauty lounge it’s not about the money with her it’s about love And family and that will be our family❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been here a few times because I live in the area.This salon is very nice, it is a professional and positive experience from the start ! It is fashionably decorated and clean, In a comfortable neighborhood. The owner and stylist are pleasant to deal with, treating each client respectfully. I was looking for a hair stylist, who would be able to keep my hair nice and healthy and slay my hair at the same time. First time going there was nothing short of amazing. Satarra (stylist and owner) gave me tips on how we can keep my hair growing and keep it healthy. Every time i came there i never waited too long to be service. She is very prompt, nice, and professional and so is her assistant. When sitting under the dryer they ask if u want a glass a wine, and she even give it to you in a glass and not paper cup. If you looking for a clean, and professional hair salon the beauty lounge is the one. Try it and u will love it !!!!

I would say this has been the best experience with a sew in thus far. I love the quality and care taken into my hair and how the finished product looked. The shop is adorable and facilities are clean. Satarra, the owner is wonderful.

I’ve been coming here since 2013.. the owner who is also my stylist is the GOAT.. not everyone who has a license can do hair ..how every this young lady attended robbing high school so she has perfected the talent and skill..she has a nice hard press that last ..her curls stay and hold for every ..the hair she sales is perfect ..she’s the only one I trust wen it come to hair care ..and last but not least she dose the perfect eyebrow and she has growing hands ...AMAZING 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Love this Salon; the Stylist & the Assistant are genuine & efficient. You literally leave out the Salon feeling like a million bucks!. I love that the Stylists’ talks to her clients; detailing what they need & what style they desire. I personally haven’t been coming to the Salon that long (maybe almost 2 years), but I have no intentions on leaving :)

The experience is wonderful. Staff is friendly. The atmosphere is great and Satarra (stylist) really takes care of your hair. For me she saw that my hair was shedding and falling out and immediately started treatment for this issue. Love the beauty lounge. She has best shampooed.

This is the only stylist I have allowed to touch my hair in over eight years. She works around my schedule, has helped me through alopecia, styled some of my greatest looks and is a great listener. I love The Beauty Lounge experience!
