I have been going to CJ for YEARS, I have followed her from other salons and now to her own! I never use anyone else. She’s caring, always takes the time to make sure she’s taking care of the quality of my hair and not just coloring it and go. She has always worked with me, my schedule, and my needs and I recommend her to everyone.

I have been going to Cj for my wax for about 2 years now after having a horrible first time experience else where i decided i was going to give it another shot with Cj. She is amazing makes you feel comfortable and is so easy with her waxing and takes her time! I just recently started having her do my hair and let me tell you she is THE BEST i don’t think I’ve ever experienced anyone as good with highlights and platinum hair then she is!

I personally have been in search for a good hairstylist in Florida and I was beginning to think they didn’t exist until I found Mariah! I reached out to her and she was so pleasant and accommodating to my schedule. It’s on one one service with her, good laughs and a great job. Ooooh and haircuts and blowouts are included in most of her hair color sessions. Call Mariah you won’t be disappointed….

I’ve been going to CJ for over a year now and she is extremely amazing and kind. she puts her heart into every thing she does. She uses quality products and make sure that her clients are always satisfied. Every time I hear somebody needs a hairstylist CJ is always on the top of my list to refer. I love her to pieces and I will always support her business because of the quality work she does.

Mercedes provided the level 2 Facial with dermaplaning and I loved it. I usually have pretty good skin but the difference is night and day after this service! My skin isn’t as dry and all black heads around my nose are gone.

This was my first and last time using Alexa Revello (Lashes and Brows by Alexa) for the False lash experience. The service received was not the outcome that was expected as what I was explained was made to believe we could achieve any style/look with this brand she was trialing. I did not get what I desired and expressed I wanted. Therefore she said she could add fans on sessions to follow (why not now?) This was my first time doing false lashes and felt I was being forced into another session. She aggressively tried selling her lash shampoos and stated you couldnt find it cheaper anywhere but I found it on Amazon for cheaper with a full kit. I followed all proper care instructions told to me by Alexa but the lashes failed to hold. They started falling out in large amounts. I contacted Alexa regarding the excessive amount of lashes falling on my face and she insisted it was normal shedding. It continued to shed more and more and did not stop. She said she would fix it, which is what I wanted, but then she began to push me off further and further as I tried to make an appointment to get them fixed. When I first met her, she had an open schedule, when I needed her to fix the lashes, shes booked solid for a week. She then began to accuse me of improper lash care, picking at them, sleeping in them, and other accusations. I asked tons of questions during the service to be sure of proper care. So with her accusations I replied “do you really think I would pick money off my face less than 6 hours of the service?” I asked for a refund and was told no because she said she had witnesses tell her that I didn't like my lashes and she wouldnt refund me for her time. Get your lashes done elsewhere, avoid this place. Worst customer service and experience at Lashes and Brows by Alexa.
