Five stars!! Excellent services, hospitality, and products. Staff are warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I had the best facial ever! My friends had amazing massages. The spa has a quirky, cool vibe and is very relaxing.

This place is incredible. I walked in, 3 days before my wedding; stressed out and feeling like a knotted mess. Laura, my nail tech, immediately picked a fantastic color off my description and gave me excellent shape advice, then listened to me vent and chatted with me as she did my nails. Jen, who did my facial, let me sit in the silence I needed as she worked some magic. My face felt so hydrated and refreshed, and her facial massage was incredible. She was also incredibly sweet. And Mary, the massage therapist. I have had a lot of massages, this one was the absolute best. I have a knotted mess of a back, but she left me feeling like putty. She used some incredible techniques to work out the knots, consistently using heat to help relax me. I did do yoga breaths though the whole thing, but God she did a fantastic job on an area that causes me chronic pain. The entire team is amazing, if you're a usually chill person but right now a very stressed out bride, go here.

We booked a massage and facial package for our group of 6. It was truly an amazing experience. We all left so pampered and refreshed! I had Laura and i was so happy with her knowledge and kindness. What a great day and experience. Hope to make it back soon!

We were on a girls trip in Virginia Beach looking for some pampering. Genevieve and Mary were absolutely amazing!! Couldn’t have been happier with the service, atmosphere, and my massage and facial. Very professional and very gracious. Highly recommend!!

I went with my mom before my birthday to get a Manicure and pedicure. We got a massage on Thursday and our nails and toes on Friday. The massage by Kristen was excellent. I only got 30 minutes, but I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. My mom loved the massage, too; we wished we booked 1 hour instead. Well worth it! Devyn did my nails and toes, while Amanda did my mom's. It felt like another relaxing massage; they offered different colors and gave us exactly what we wanted. We got the dazzle dry, which dries like a gel but is natural and doesn't harm your nail bed because it has no chemicals. It smelled amazing when you walked in, and it was a calm environment. It is in the middle of a plaza, so take your time as you drive so you don't miss it. Come here when you visit Virginia Beach; they can be fully booked. So please check their website before coming.

What can I say - 5 STAR - absolutely. Devon, Janet, Mary, Laura, Alana, Kristen - top notch in everything that they do. Quality care and service that simply does not exist anymore, but when you arrive at the Beauty Tree Spa, you feel like you are the only one there. They make you feel at home, care for you as an individual and take their work seriously. These women are professionals. They care, they are meticulous and make you feel leaving with a renewed spirit and soul, not to mention looking and feeling great! If you are looking for a true spa experience that is more of a boutique feel, this is your place!

Beauty Tree is the best local holistic spa in Hampton roads!! They have so many great services to offer. Today I got their ionic foot detox and it was really cool to physically see the toxins come out. They offer massages, pedicures, waxing, and they have the cutest shop. It’s very relaxing. My next appointment is a wax! I cannot wait to come back!! Thank you Devin and Emmy for a relaxing spa day by the beach!!

This experience was incredible! We loved the ambiance, and I especially loved Mary. We live on the Outer Banks and get massages regularly, but this my husband set up for my birthday. We did 90 minute deep tissue and it was HEAVEN. We will be back and highly recommend this sweet spa~

While on vacation in Virginia Beach we happened upon this place. The staff is all very friendly and helpful and the space has a beautifully cultivated atmosphere. I received a great massage from Mary. I wish I had scheduled a longer session as she utilized all the time fully and exceptionally.

Definitely very disappointed as we are from out of state. Walked in this establishment and was turned off. Hi, how can I help you? We would like to get our nails painted. Girl looks at us, and say you must have an appointment. I truly and when I say truly feel that it’s because we were of another race we were turned away. I’ll never patron here and I read vibes and felt them. Btw each one of their nail stations were empty. Miss thang at the desk, brown haired with glasses…you missed the fact I drove a rover and tip well! Sorry I can attest to the service comments here, but I say first impression is last.

The Beauty Tree was highly recommended by a friend and I had a gift card, so I scheduled a therapeutic massage with Mary. It was fantastic! Mary is sweet, kind, and knowledgeable - I told her my problem areas and she found a few more “spicy” spots. Walked in all tensed up, and walked out with my neck relaxed and shoulders back down where they’re supposed to be lol. Will definitely be back!

I had a great facial at The Beauty Tree Spa today. I was welcomed as soon as I opened the door. The facial was fabulous and the skin care was superb. She gave great recommendations for skin care that I can do at home. Everyone was so friendly. I can not wait to go back again. They are offering a special on a great combo skin/pedicure that I hope I can do!

Mary is an outstanding massage practitioner; she is very educated regarding the mechanics of the body and will ensure that the work done is specific to YOUR needs which is not always the case in this field. She also has a number of tools that can be used such as cupping, etc. Simply put, you will not find someone that puts more of their heart and soul into each massage. I highly recommend her services!

This little shop is a gem! First they gave my two little girls the best manicures! And to boot I got to play with the owners baby. I was in baby heaven. lol Then a few days later I was coming in for a therapeutic/deep tissue massage. Finishing off with a scalp massage. Now this….was true heaven. Mary helped my anxiety melt away with a warm pad to lay on, along with relaxing all the knots I had everywhere! She used just the right pressure and was tuned in with what my body needed. Every time we come to Virginia Beach this will be a must do. Definitely one of THE BEST massages I have ever had. thank you ladies!!!

This place is a hidden gem! My husband and I truly enjoyed our couples massage on our 10th anniversary. They staff was super friendly and accommodating…one of the massage therapist even stayed late to accommodate our last minute planning! The inside of the spa is a whole vibe! So beautiful and serene…I can’t say enough nice things about this place! We love it and will definitely return again soon!

This place is top notch. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. I've tried other places and now I have no need to do that as this is the place. Mary Mitchell in my opinion is the best masseuse this side of the Mississippi.

What a wonderful place with an amazing team of employees. Gosh, I felt like I could sit with these ladies all day and laugh. I’m a mom of two toddlers and never spoil myself and unfortunately I had to leave them behind for work here but after three days of sobbing I decided to spoil myself some. I’m so glad I found The Beauty Tree Spa on Google Devin made my whole entire day by booking me for a last minute massage! When I arrived I met Devin. She has such a bubbly personality. I had some time to burn before my appointment so she was talking to me like I was her sister. It really helped to take my mind off missing my kids. She has so much knowledge about the things they do. She was teaching me about toxins in the body and ways of removing these toxins. She shared with me pictures of her family, I shared pictures of my family. It was just a really nice time. Janet is so pure and so kind. She’s the owner but so down to earth and really engaged in her business. She sat down right next to me and we were talking about all sorts of things under the moon along with another loyal client of hers. Conversation came so easy and you can really tell she treats everyone with respect. Just an amazing woman. Laura is my savior! Oh my gosh, where do I start! Laura did my massage and relieved the pain in my back that I was dealing with for days. I was a ball of all sorts of emotions during my massage. I don’t like to stay quiet during massages so I’m glad she could talk to me while doing an amazing job. She had me laughing. She brings such a positive energy to the room and again, I was able to subside my sadness of missing my kids and focus on positive energy from Laura. I absolutely will be going back to try the other services they offer and would 100% recommend anyone to come to the Beauty Tree Spa. You will not regret it and the pricing is not outrageous like other places.

Had a beautiful early birthday massage today with my husband before he deploys. Mary did my massage and Laura did my husband’s. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I suffer from headaches and had one the day of, after the massage the pain was alleviated! We so enjoyed ourselves and can’t say how great the experience was overall! 5/5 stars, absolutely recommend and will return!

I don’t leave reviews often but there’s no way I could resist leaving one for The Beauty Tree Spa I called them on a Monday two days prior to Valentine’s Day looking to book a couples massage. Unfortunately they were booked for the day BUT their amazing masseuses agreed to stay late so my boyfriend and I could come in! The entire staff is just by far the sweetest people. I had the pleasure of Mary being my masseuse and she was amazing! We will definitely be coming back.

I went yesterday and got a massage for the first time at this business and the staff was very courteous. The LMT was amazing!! Throughout the massage making sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was comfortable for me. She made sure to ask about certain bothersome areas due to injury as well. What a great deep tissue massage! I needed a firmer massage and Matthew definitely delivered. The spa was small and quaint, staff was so nice and helpful. Went with friends and everyone had a great experience. I’ll be back again! I highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about Devin who gave me the most pampering pedicure (with non-toxic, non smelly polish!) She was so attentive to details (even wore a headlamp with magnifier at 1 point!), not to mention she was super friendly and positive! Delightful way to spend an afternoon!

Had a woman in my Pilates class (from France) saying she didn't like going to get her nails done because she didn't know what was in the products they were using. I immediately told her about The Beauty Tree Spa! We live in Norfolk, but I told her it was worth the drive to the oceanfront!!

Had the best massage ever with Mary Mitchell. My husband had his first then I. It was fabulous and relaxing; just what we needed after a move to our new place. We have both been back several times and plan to make it a habit. My last visit featured a body scrub with an hour long massage to follow (two different services). I was relaxed and glowing after. Thanks to Mary Mitchell. We will be back.

I had my first ever facial with Renae, it was absolutely wonderful! My skin is glowing! It was especially nice after having a very long emotional few months and sitting down to be treated so gently and having all the information given to me so I’m not wondering what’s going on my face! I hardly ever leave Google reviews, but today I received what may very well be the best massage I've ever had from Mary. On top of that, I swear they hire the kindest, most genuine people to work here--from the moment I walked in until I left, I truly felt cared for and listened to in a way that I haven't experienced at any other spa/massage parlor. This little place is truly magical, and I left feeling happier and more uplifted than I've felt in a very long time. In addition to the massage, they also sell a variety of beauty/skincare products which the staff were very knowledgeable about! If you're looking for a truly personable experience tailored to your needs, this is the place to go! It was the perfect start to my Sunday. :)
