I used an app that switched to the wrong appt day. I never received any notifications or confirmation of appt. Since I didn’t know I had this appt I missed it. Kyler charged my bank account $335 for missing an appt I didn’t know I had. I called and explained multiple times and begged them to reverse the charge and they wouldn’t. When Kyler got on the phone I had her on speaker and my two coworkers were SHOCKED at how rude she was and unwilling to work with me or even reschedule. I had to file a fraud charge with my bank. I can’t believe the lack of kindness. I have warned everyone I know. End of story: bank took my side.

I recently visited The Bee's Knees Hair Studio , and I can't rave enough about my experience! Rachel was the absolute best! Her knowledge and expertise were evident from the moment I walked in. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she's also so personable, making me feel right at home. Rachel's professionalism and friendly demeanor put me at ease throughout the entire process. I left feeling confident and satisfied with my new look! I will never go anywhere else for my hair needs. Highly recommend!

I have fine, straight hair and just needed a trim and my bangs trimmed, so I booked a dry cut with Madison. I was there for less than 10 minutes, and would have gotten a better cut if I had paid $12 and gone to great clips! She missed cutting half of my bangs! and all she did was cut straight across, but missed some pieces in the back because she barely bothered to comb it before cutting. A total waste of money and time. Not to mention, she was not real friendly and curt. I do not recommend!

Stephanie did an amazing job, I cannot stop staring at my hair and running my fingers through it! She cut just enough off, and left me feeling so confident! The salon was absolutely clean and beautiful, and it was a very peaceful environment.

The ambiance and staff is super friendly. I came into the studio not really knowing what would look best with a vague idea of what I wanted and Jordan was able to bring my blank canvas to life. I hadn't gotten my hair cut in almost a decade and had never dyed my hair before due to trust issues but I couldn't have been more happier with my decision in putting full trust into Jordan's hands.

This place used to be great to come to. I just visited and I was charged $110 for a half done haircut. I had an appointment and the stylist had me waiting for over 10 minutes while she did someone else’s hair. Then she was rude and rough with my hair. She didn’t even cut my hair how I asked. I was done and had to leave with half done hair when she tried to brush and dry my hair with dirty hair brushes! Nope never again. Save your money and go somewhere that is sanitary and has good customer service.

Alright, I tend to be very picky when it comes to getting my hair done since I have a very specific look, usually people aren't able to cut it.. However, Olivia my stylist was sensational, possibly one of the best stylist I've had the past year, and I tend to to jump around and get my hair cut from different people around the world.. She was definitely one or the best! Amazing person, awesome conversation, and very talented young lady! Due to her professionalism and creativity and talent, I give this place 5 stars! Definitely a hidden gem in FT worth.. if you're looking for a stylist, she's the one!

The Bee's Knees really is the bee's knees! A boutique style salon with great energy, beautiful natural light, and an all-star staff you can't go wrong with. Krystal serviced my color and she nailed it. I brought in a few photos to show her my inspiration and trusted her confidence that she knew what my hair needed. She uses Kevin Murphy color as well as his products and I was incredibly impressed with my results and the home care she recommended. This studio also offers nails and eyelashes and both accounts provide beautiful work that I cannot wait to try myself! Five full stars. *UPDATE* I finally was able to schedule an appointment with Jenny for my nails and WOW! If you're looking for a great nail technician that cares about the integrity of your nails along with being creative/talented, you've got to make an appointment. This boutique salon is the best in Fort Worth!

This place is seriously the bee’s knees! I am hesitant to let anyone work with my hair, but I do not regret coming here! Whitney took great care of me and was very friendly during my haircut and balayage. I would highly recommend this salon

Went to Whitney for just a trim and had to wait 45 min past the appointment time. The place was lovely and loved the atmosphere but the wait was ridiculous. I would return to the salon but with a different stylist.
