I gave them one star because Ms. Hana had been waiting for hours to do my hair and still did not end up doing my hair. It was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. It is a place of business, and it is essential to treat people respectfully.

I'm from AZ, and I needed a place to get my hair braided. I looked at all the places close to my aunt's home and found this place. The lady who did my hair was amazing, and I asked for a particular hair style, and I got it. Very professional and nice ladies. Keep up the great work.

The worst braiding experience in 16 months. This is my first time here and the management is rude. The person who did my hair is sweet but inexperienced. Braids are different lengths, parts crooked and took 3 hours for extra jumbo knotless. I tried them because they are in the neighborhood but won’t return.

Miriam not only took me as a walk in, but she also had me washed, braided (2 French braids) and on my way in less than an hour. I highly recommend!

I've wanted faux locks for years now but whenever I found someone they would price gouge after seeing the length and texture of my hair. A relative found Hana and got her hair done, after seeing how beautiful it was I asked if she could ask Hana about faux locks for me. Her price qoute was within my budget and now that my hair is done can say I couldn't be happier! She was professional, friendly and worked nonstop until my hair was finished. She even went to the hair store (not far from the salon) with me to pick out the hair and get what would work best. I couldn't recommend her more!

Made an appointment on Friday 1/20/23. My appointment was for Monday morning, 10:00am. I arrived to my appointment at 9:55am to be told the person who I booked with wasn’t there and that she was on her way. The braider was 30 minutes late to the appointment. When she got there she started some of the knotless braids then decided she going to stop doing my hair to eat. She was eating for about 20 minutes. My braids come out nice and neat but from 10am - 5:00pm is ridiculous. I would possibly be open minded to trying a different braider but never will I go to the one I went to today. Very unprofessional.
