I absolutely love The Best Lashes! I’ve been seeing Sara for about six months now, and she does an amazing job every time. As a newbie to lash extensions, she worked with me to find the style I liked and took time to explain aftercare to me. She is meticulous in her work and I’ve been in love with every set and fill I’ve gotten from her!

I got my lashes done a little bit over a week ago by karina a full volume set, the best lashes i’ve ever gotten done honestly. they’ve shed a lot but they still look so good! honestly pretty impressed would recommend!

I recently visited The Best Lashes Studio, and I’m so impressed! The pricing is super reasonable for the quality of service they provide, which is honestly hard to find these days. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to understand the look I wanted for my lashes. The results were fantastic—my lashes looked full, natural, and perfectly styled! The salon itself was clean and inviting, which added to the great experience. If you’re looking for excellent service at a fair price, I highly recommend The Best Lashes Studio. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been getting my eyelashes done with Aigerim. She is the absolute best! I’ve always had very sparse natural eyelashes but every time Aigerim does my extensions I’m always amazed with how full and pretty they are. She does an amazing job and always takes her time to do quality work, it’s truly my favorite time of the month! It’s so easy to book and everyone is super professional. The studio is always so clean and relaxing. The best experience I have ever had!

I’ve been to a few lashes places in the city and this one is definitely the best and well deserving of its reviews. I love my classic more natural lashes. I have had 3 different techs now and they’ve all been very good. In addition, they have a lot of availability and are very accommodating. It’s a very calm spa like environment and they play good music. I always get the best nap and wake up with perfect lashes.

I’ve had eyebrow services here twice so far with Karina. The first was shaping/threading and then brow lamination. I am impressed by her expertise and advice on my brows. Both times were very pleasant and I love the results; highly recommend the salon! :)

Beautiful results. Sara was understanding and exceeded my expectations. This was the most painful eyelash extension and removal process that I’ve experienced. Tears would not stop coming out. But it looks amazing, so I’m not complaining. Super affordable and it was a good last minute find

DO NOT GO. Lash tech Karina yelled at me in front of customers because I had two loyalty cards. I was so hurt, and made to feel like a thief. Typically any store owner would be happy that I’ve gone so many times. I’ll never return again after the embarrassment. They tried to apologize but they still didn’t want to honor my paid purchases and return my loyalty card so that I can work towards the next promotion. It’s unfortunate, I used to go when it first opened in the west loop. Definitely never returning again.

Hello everyone! I want to share some great news. I brought my wife to this salon. Before we went in, she was feeling very sad. But after she got her eyelash extensions and I came to pick her up, she couldn’t stop smiling as she walked out of the beauty salon. When she got into the car, she asked, 'Well, how do you like my lashes, honey?' I replied, 'They look amazing.' This shows that this salon has a very friendly and, most importantly, warm team that not only does great eyelash extensions but also lifts your mood. Definitely a thumbs up!

Normally I would only get lashes done for vacations or special occasions because of how sensitive my eyes are. Since I found Sara at the best lashes, I have been coming back the last couple months. She is simply the best ! My eyelashes have not itch or feel too heavy for my eyes anymore! I also love how time sufficient she is; I’m out of there within an hour. It’s nice to not lose half a day getting lashes done ! And now I look fabulous everyday.

I have become a regular the past few months. The pricing is great, and Diana has perfected the "natural" look that i love! I have given out her info twice due to compliments. Likewise, I tend to take a moment to "settle" my eye lids and I always appreciate her patience!

I have been a regular for the last few months now. They have great prices, offer discounts with their punch cards, and have lots of availability (I’ve gone for appointments as late as 7pm). Sara has been my go-to, but I’m sure they’re all great. I’ve been serviced by one other person here and she was just as great. The environment is cool and mostly quiet. Every now and then there is a child around, but he doesn’t bother anyone. Parking is street parking - the longest my appointment has been was about an hour, so I think the fee was like $3. They keep the door locked, which I appreciate the additional safety measure since the shop is in front of a bus stop. They always offer to book your next appointment. I sometimes get a brush for my eyelashes, although I wish I would get one after every appointment. Overall a great business and I hope they continue to be great!
