Kimberly was AMAZING. From the time I walked in the room to the time I walked out I felt so relaxed. The whole experience was something I was looking forward to for so long and it exceeded all my expectations. It felt very much like a dance in the way that she moved seamlessly through every different sensation used. I think some people might be hesitant if they have a ticklish scalp but don’t be. I did get goosebumps but it felt so good! The couple small things I would note are that you are laying on your back on a flat board. She does put a pillow under your legs but my lower back did start to ache a bit. Your upper body is also laying on plastic because your head is getting wet, but because I was sweating, by back stuck to the plastic when I would try to adjust my arms. Those two things, I don’t think were any fault of hers - just things to know. The one thing I would change is that at the end, she blow dried my hair, I wish she would have gone ahead and done a blow out or styled it. That being said, I will DEFINITELY be going back. I called my husband right after and requested it for every present from now on!

I’m almost at a loss for words about how AMAZING Kimberly and her service is! I have had my fair share of great massages and facials but this is on a different level! Euphoria is a word that comes to mind. Not only is Kimberly extremely knowledgeable in hair health but she also just wants to make you feel pampered! I will definitely be going back!!!

Kimberly is amazing at her craft. From start to finish I felt so at home and comfortable. The moment I saw the fuzzy socks I knew the experience would be incredible. Her touch, scents used and overall process was superb! I can’t wait to come back!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Kimberly. I booked the Full Part service quickly and easily online. The space is beautiful and the treatment was out of this world. She explained everything before the service started. It was the absolute most peaceful 75 minutes. She used a variety of combs and products to create a very serene and relaxing experience. This is a must try!

I’ve had several massages before, but never one specifically for the head/neck/shoulder area. It definitely did not disappoint! From the fuzzy socks, weighted blanket and warm eye mask I was completely relaxed through the entire 90 minutes. Kimberly was super and made me feel comfortable start to finish. Everytime I would think “ahhhh, this has to be the best part “ (pun intended) then another technique would start and I would think the same thing again! Highly recommend, hope to go back soon and often!

Absolutely AMAZING experience with The Best Part Head Spa! Kimberly has created a serene, wonderful atmosphere for even the experienced massage customer! From the moment I went in, I felt relaxation! It was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before!! The Halo is like some kind of calming MAGIC and Kimberly is AMAZING as well! I would give her and her spa 10 stars if possible! I received the complete package and added on a blow out and style. I suggest everyone do the same. You will NOT be disappointed!!! You will leave feeling like a new person! Amazing isn't even the word to explain. I realized halfway thru I started to melt into the table...my arms...my legs...heavier. why? Bc Kimberly got me so relaxed I may have even fallen asleep. I've always loved getting my hair brushed or washed at the salon and imagine getting that done for an hour! I tried to guess what type of tools she was using and she designed her treatment especially for me! Can't wait for the next treatment!

I was in town visiting from out of state and decided to treat myself to a little bit of relaxation time; while looking for options I settled on this experience. Other than the brief scalp message/ treatment my hair stylist provides during my hair appointments, I've never experienced a full 90 minutes of what is arguably "the best part" of getting my hair done. When I tell you this experience was exceptional from beginning to end, what I really mean is I'm not a person who is easily relaxed, am someone who is super picky about personal touch, and is extremely self-conscious about almost everything but once Kimberly started the treatment all of that fell to the wayside. I don't believe I've ever felt so comfortable and at ease during a massage! She took the time to explain the process, the products and my scalp health without making me feel overwhelmed or ill at ease. Honestly, one of the best self-care experiences I've ever had and the added bonus to the absolutely amazing scalp massage was an ultra soft and super clean scalp with beautiful hair! Only wish I didn't live so far way so that I could visit every week.
