They did a very good job . When I felt that a spot was missed she was very nice. I have had this service many times from other places and I was surprised the spot at the top of the butt crack was a separate cost not included in full Brazilian. Other than that I felt safe because it's very personal and you can feel vulnerable. I will be back.

I left a review with no description just stars. Their response to that is a reflection of the lack of professionalism. There are thousands of establishments that offer waxing services. Spend the extra couple of dollars and go somewhere that offers customer service AS a service.

Want to start of with saying that the person waxing me was a amazing and super friendly she is 5 starts because she has a great attitude and is very detailed. Reason for the 1 star My appointment was at 5:30 pm and was not sean till 6:50 pm. I am busy throughout the day and can't attend to the phone. The receptionist said they called and left a vm but there was no email sent and I had no way of answering the phone or checking my vms due to work and busy life. She said my appointment was changed to 6:15 so I was like ok as I didn't have a choice and she was nice as we came in. I came back and it was getting late past 6:15. I asked if there was a type of discount for the delay and the receptionist went from super nice to a rude tone and said no we called you to let you know your appointment was changed. Had she said no in a nice way I would have been fine but the way she said was not in the best tone. So I got upset and canceled the appointment. I ended up staying because my bf convinced me since we are going on a trip. Although I belive that as a business you should be a bit accommodating when you inconvenience a client I also understand that sometimes there's nothing employees can do about it but it needs to be approached in a better attitude. Tone on voice and facial expression are everything in a face to face interaction. I have worked customer service in the past and did it for many years and that could have been handled way better. Definitely did not rebook. I live about 45 min away but would drive it whenever I needed an appointment and even recommended this place to coworkers but definitely won't be doing that again

This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax, and I’m so happy I chose The Birthday Suit Henderson! Akira put me at ease, and we had a fun time chatting during the experience! I highly recommend The Birthday Suit and Akira!

Great experience.I had a Brazilian, underarms, stomach and derriere. I even took my oldest daughter for the first time to get a Brazilian and let's just say I was laughing in the lobby, she wasn't ready lol. Nevertheless, my waxer LONDON WAS AMAZING. Go see her!

I called and booked an appointment for my first-ever Brazilian here, and although painful as expected the staff and lady who waxed me, Riley, were very kind and informative. I felt like they did a good job customer service-wise and with the actual wax, because it was done quickly and efficiently. I will be going to the Birthday Suit again.

I went to Takiya for the first time today she was recommended to me by a friend who goes to her and I was given a gift card for a Brazilian for Christmas so I finally was able to go in and redeem it today 😅 Takiya did an amazing job, the wax temp was perfect , she was very thorough and made me comfortable and relaxed and I just had an overall great experience with her, will most definitely return to her for my next visit , super sweet gal! 10/10

I've been trying to find a local place for a while now. I'm new to the Las Vegas area and it's hard to start over and find your place, but I've managed to do it at The Birthday Suit. It's hard to find a place where you feel comfortable enough when having a Brazilian wax done, but the girl that performed my waxing service at The Birthday Suit was very professional and courteous. I'll definitely be back for my Summer services.
