Absolutely beautiful and cozy atmosphere; that captured my attention as soon as I entered. Thank you Whitney for a great 90-minute deep pressure massage that left feeling better than I came. I was expecting to be sore the following day, however, that wasn't my case. I had reduced stiffness and reduced pain, especially my shoulders and upper back. I can't wait for my next session with Adria.

My wife and I had our first visit for 90 min massages after moving to the area and we couldn't be more happy with our experience! Shout out to Megan and Shea for being so wonderful (and for having chill music taste). We loved the communication beforehand and throughout about problem areas. Megan was great for medium to firm pressure and Shea combined stretching techniques with massage for a custom experience we were looking for - we both left feeling so much better. We will be regulars and are so glad we found a new home!

I booked a 30 minute appointment with Emma. This is my first time at the new location, which is very clean and quiet. Emma was very professional and easy to communicate with. This was definitely the best part of my week and I feel so much better! Thanks Emma!

Megan was absolutely amazing. I didn’t even know how many knots were all over my body! This was my first time here and I loved the vibe. Super easy to get to and conveniently right next to the Carroll Creek garage downtown. 100% I will be back!

Be cautious of reviewing what services therapists provide. Not all will provide deep tissue or additional services. The website doesn't illustrate that detail well. Do your homework before coming to this center. I was unfortunately disappointed after taking off work, paying for garbage parking, to find this out at my first visit. Walked out within 30 mins for a 90 min session cause there was no commidation made toward what I was asking for.

Hetta is amazing. For anyone who likes super light pressure, she is the best. It seems like she actually pays attention to what is going on with your muscles and doesn’t just go through the motions.

Whitney was professional & wonderful. WA experiencing sciatica nerve pain in my gluten & leg. In less than your after the muscles were released & pain was gone. Her deep tissue techniques were strong enough to release the muscles knots. Will return and highly recommend Body Lab.

I had a great experience here. Hetta helped me with working out a muscle spasm when my usual therapist wasn't available. She was very kind and professional. The room was comfortable and soothing.

I made my first Body Lab appointment with Megan B. for a deep tissue massage for severe upper body tension and pain. She started our session by asking about my concerns/preferences/etc., then told me her proposed plan for our session. Megan is the first massage therapist that I felt truly gave me a deep tissue massage as requested. She is so skilled! Before I left she also took the time to talk with me about her observations of where/why I held tension and some practices to consider in addition to massage therapy. I felt like a different person leaving!

I have been getting massages every few months for a couple years now. I received physical therapy treatment for pelvic floor discomfort once, so I mentioned that was my primary concern. Renee did an amazing job addressing my areas of concern and helping me mobilize my stiff body! The massage parlor itself is very cozy and accommodating. I will definitely be returning. I live with chronic pain, so I'm no longer a stranger to MT and PTs. Whitney continues to be hands down the most amazing place to go if you have pain or mobility that is helped by manual stimulation. She works -magic- with her hands? I fell asleep. I've never actually had that happen because I struggle with feeling safe. The vibe is relaxing, calm, and charged with good feelings and serenity. I go in in pain. I leave with a smile on my face and legitimately in reduced pain. Every time I've gone so far 🥰

I wanted to add a massage therapist to my medical team and I hit the jackpot with this place. Spent time initially talking with Whitney to share my situation and she was on-board with helping me. Then as new folks started joining I can get an appt almost any day of the week or time. Super convenient along Patrick and the energy of the place is soothing and calm. I’ve talked about this place to so many because I they listen to where I’m having issues and don’t just do their same old routine. I highly recommend giving them a call, ask all your questions and give them a try. I promise you’ll be back.

I was very nervous for my appointment as I had let my physical health slip away from me over the years. Sarah was nothing but kind, gentle, and encouraging to me throughout the whole process. The rooms are serene and you can tell how much love and care went into creating this space. I have been stiff and tight from years of a stressful office job and Sarah knew exactly what to do to release tons of built up tension and pain. I feel looser, more mobile, and slept like a rock! If you're looking for genuine body healing, please go here! I truly can't recommend The Body Lab enough even just after my first visit.

I was very skeptical that a massage would help my chronic back pain but it's been almost 2 weeks since my appointment and my back pain has not returned. It is nice waking up without pain everyday. Sarah was fantastic, she made me feel very comfortable and was clearly very experienced. I highly recommend this place, money well spent.

Exactly what I needed. Woke up with terrible neck tension; I could barley turn my head. I went in to see Morgan, and she did absolute wonders to my neck! Total relief! I also enjoyed the cozy environment, very beautiful painted rooms and gorgeous windows in the front. Can’t wait to go again!
