(PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING) I came here April 2021. Me and the stylist talked about what I wanted before I came. The day of the appointment I walked in and she still was not there. Waited for an hour for her to get there. I know life happens and I didn’t mind waiting I didn’t have anything to do all day. What upset me was that as soon as I sat down in the chair she asked me what I wanted. I was confused as to why she was asking this when we have previously talked about this before. And me being me with anxiety and nervousness because this is my first time in a salon in forever. I told her I wanted what I showed her in the picture and she rolled her eyes I don’t think she seen that I saw her. She kept asking me “do you want a balayage, or all over color” and it felt like she was pushing me to go the “easy way out” for her since she was super busy that day. So I just told her to do what she needed to do to hurry up and get me out of there. When it wasn’t my fault she was late. The reason for my appointment was for MY WEDDING… The hair color wasn’t ugly but it wasn’t what I asked for what I dreamed of having at my wedding. But I accepted it and just moved on. And I left her a good tip as well. She did give me a free product but honestly if she wasn’t being so mean/rude about it I wouldn’t have cared. But experiences like this make me not want to go to a salon ever again!!!!

I can not say thank you enough to Samantha and the ladies at Bombshell for helping me out in my time of need! I had recently received a horrifically botched Bayalage and was in desperate need of immediate help. From the moment I contacted the salon, I was blown away with how caring and helpful the ladies were. Samantha took me in right away and transformed my unblended yellowish-orange circus of a hairstyle into BEAUTIFUL blonde. All of the ladies at the salon were attentive and amazing - I do not have words for how grateful I am! Thank you Samantha for being my angel in time of need. Your work is beyond words - you have a customer for life!

I recently moved to Greenville and had to experiment with multiple hair salons to keep my color. The bombshell lounge easily accommodated me as a new client. Randi has been beyond helpful with scheduling a time that works for me. Randi has done an exceptional job with coloring and cutting my hair and has exceeded all my expectations! The salon is always pristine and a clean environment. I have never had a bad experience at the bombshell lounge and recommend it to all.

I enjoy going to the bombshell lounge because it’s so cute and trendy, and everyone is always upbeat. They love their jobs and it shows in their work!

So I have been looking and looking for a good hair stylist in Greenville, I’ve checked out some of the top rated people and was not happy at all. But I fell IN LOVE with the bombshell lounge! Not only is it super cute and comfy on the inside but there is such happy and positive vibes! My hair took hours but it really didn’t feel that long with how fun the girls make it. They’re fair priced, honest, kind and seriously put so much time and effort into my hair. I had Madeline and I’ll definitely be back for my 8 week touch up because I’m obsessed with my hair but it seemed liked all the girls knew what they were doing!

This hair salon doesn’t give good quality customer service......Went there twice and the color of my hair was not that bad but the girl wasn’t very accommodating when she scheduled my appointment. I had my work schedule Change and I admit I did not show up for my 2:30 appointment I called and apologized because I Missed my appointment.... she was not happy with me at all and it showed in her text message. She scheduled another appointment on Friday for 4:30 at about 3:45 she texted me and said I’m not going to be able to keep your appointment it’s been along day. I was shocked 😳... I really believe she did that because she was still upset with me for missing my 2:30 appointment and she did that to get back at me. I thought to myself why would she do that! I’m a good customer always tip and bought $100 package of shampoo and conditioner the last time I was there.... I guess she has enough customers and does not need me as a client.... I’m sorry to say, this was my experience and it was not good! I would not recommend this salon.👎🏼

I was visiting Greenville and Catherine did my hair and makeup for a formal wedding I was attending. I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience and she did a phenomenal job on my hair as well as my makeup!

Randi is an outstanding stylist! I have super thick and long hair, and she did a full platinum high light! My hair looked amazing! She did exactly what I wanted! Best high lights of my life! I loved the energy & decor in the salon. Will definitely return!

First of all let me start by saying I am tremendously picky when it comes to my hair (as a lot of blondes are.) I lived in Greenville for a while but moved to Tennessee and I still travel back to Greenville just to get my hair done at the Bombshell Lounge. My hair was a mess the last time I came in just because I had been so afraid to let anyone else touch it, and of course Randi worked her magic which is the reason I can totally justify driving hours for my salon visits! I cannot recommend these girls enough!

It is unrelated to what they do, however when my vehicle decided to break off two engine mounts and an axle right in front of their business, the ladies had no issues accommodating my vehicle until the tow truck arrived several hours later. I am very greatful for their understanding

Randi and the whole team are absolutely amazing! I have always had a difficult time achieving the looks that I want with my hair. However, Randi works her magic every time. I am beyond thrilled to not only leave the salon with a great style, but to also go to a place with phenomenal atmosphere and great conversation!

Randi does amazing work! I leave so happy everytime with beautiful extensions. I’ve had extensions for many years and when I first moved to Greenville, I chose a different salon to get my extensions done and the lady nearly ruined my hair! I saw Randi about a month or so later and she had my hair looking fabulous and healthy for less than half than what I was originally paying! If anyone thinks she’s not reasonably priced you don’t know what you’re talking about. I am very pleased everytime I go!

Today was my first time going to Bombshell Lounge. I loved the chic theme and the hints of pink! The salon it’s self is beautiful and clean. I’ve never colored my hair or had any other chemical treatment done and today I came in with my sister to get our hair done. I showed Randi a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and the end result was EXACTLY what I wanted. Randi did and amazing job and I can’t wait to go back again!!

Went today, got a trim and layers added to my short hair that was originally all one length. Samantha did washed, trimmed and styled it $35. The owner was cutting someone's hair as well and it looked great as well! Color is $85 but first color is $20% off limited time special!
